Fantastic experience: Can't recommend Zen's myofascia treatment enough. Within three sessions, I noticed a huge drop in lower back pain and more range of motion through my back which helped with my posture as well. He provides a classy, intuitive and personalised service where his knowledge is clear to see and you never feel like he's rushing to get you out of there. He also provides you with a number of things to do at home to maximise the benefits from your treatment. His workspace is also calm and minimalistic, and you always feel that you have his full attention during the consultation. Great to see that old-fashioned service still exists!

Fantastic experience: After struggling for the last 16 months with a knee replacement and back issues and seeing several different medical professionals with no results and spending plenty of $$$ I finally was given Bodi HQ as a contact so I called to book an appointment and after my first visit it was the first time that I finally found a person that listened and understood my issues I’m a 58 year old person that has been so mentally exhausted until I met Zen and he has got me back on my mountain bike riding Nerang and playing squash plus hitting the golf ball longer than I ever have my life is back on track and feeling very fortunate to have met Zen, mate will be dropping in to say hello soon.

Fantastic experience: Premium service matched with premium knowledge. I had an unbelievably sore hip and after just one Myotherapy session Zen had me all fixed up and ready to go again. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: The pain is real in those Myo sessions with Zen but in the best way ! Every session I see progress and less pain. He also brings such a sense of calm and a whole lot of wisdom. Definitely recommend !

Fantastic experience: The environment and culture of this place is surreal, such a fun beautiful place to workout. The recovery has also been incredible helping me go from a an injury that put me out for 4 months to now being injury free and feeling the best I ever have when I play my sport.

Fantastic experience: Went to the hot and heavy class and absolutely loved it! It was an absolute vibe and so empowering seeing what I was capable of. Trainers were great and helped me perfect my technique, resulting in heavier weight lifted and higher reps! I’ll be back for more!

Fantastic experience: This is by far the best gym I've had the pleasure to workout in for many years. I've been traveling around (Europe, US... etc), so I tried many different training programs and spaces. Zen and Beth are beautiful humans, they will go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and improve your help and body shape. Small groups get you more attention, and changing the workouts every day just makes it impossible to get bored. In 4 weeks already notice a massive change in my condition... so happy I found them ❤️ Keep crushing it!

BodiHQ run a variety of fabulous workshops drawing on expertise in the fields of art, drama, meditation, nutrition, mental health and hormones. Memberships are affordable with no lock in contracts. The vibe is just Beth and Zen are one of the most loving and caring people I've ever met and the wellbeing of their clients is always top priority for them! I love their passion and what they're creating with Bodi Hq ! I really enjoyed teaching Yoga there as a Coach, the community is super welcoming and just awesome :) And training there...safe to say you'll get a GOOD workout in that will challenge your body and mind and that helps you grow on several levels ! 12/10 would recommend ✌

Fantastic experience: I used Bodi HQ to train my clients for a few weeks while my usual venue was undergoing renovations and I also held a calisthenics workshop in the gym. Perfect space kept clean and tidy.

Fantastic experience: Zen is an absolute legend and really knows his stuff. I came to him looking to specifically strengthen my glutes and hips area as I was getting a bit of lower back pain when ever I trained lower body.. 4 sessions is all it took for the depth of my squats and overall mobility through the hips to really level up. Anyone considering BodiHQ should definitely give them a go. Thanks guys

Fantastic experience: This gym has changed my life! I had no idea that when I joined this gym I would be signing up to improve ALL areas of my life. I’ve made so many new friends and met some amazing people, my fitness has improved drastically, I’m able to push myself harder than ever before, I wake up with so much more energy, I’ve destroyed habits that weren’t serving me, I’ve got WAY better mindset, and now even my business is improving from all this transformation. I’ve never experienced a gym like this before and it’s groundbreaking. The owners are incredibly genuine in their approach and take the time to get to know you and figure out how they can truly help you on your unique journey. It would take a whole lot of convincing to ever get me to consider joining a plain old commercial gym again after this.
