Fantastic experience: Visited as a casual while staying down the road at the big 4 mid last year but forgot to leave a review. good little gym that had plenty enough equipment for the amount of members that where there was each time I went. We use that caravan park in everytime we are in Queensland so I’ll definitely be back

Fantastic experience: Awesome Gym- Used this gym while on holiday’s down the road at the big 4 caravan park. So grateful to have access to a quality gym while on holidays and only $25 for a 5 day pass and 24hr access.

The 5.30am Spin Class with Dougie is High Interval training allowing you to burn a huge amount of calories and set you up for the day, feeling energised, optimistic and ready for whatever the day throws at you.4

Negative experience: I was a member of this club before covid. Due to a family emergency had to fly back to NZ unsure of return date. One of the managers offered to put my membership on hold for a maximum of one month which was great. But when I phoned again to advise I wouldn't be returning for some time the manager stated that I could not cancel my membership unless I went in to the club physically. This led me to paying another 8months of membership I couldn't use. Surely there could have been another way!
Hi Jacinda, I am sorry that you feel that we did the wrong thing by you. However I have been through all of our communication I have had with you as the information you have provided above has been embellished. You contacted the club on the 31/8/20 to cancel. I responded on the 31/08/20 that all cancellations are to be completed in club as per your Membership Contract once this has been completed the standard notice period would be applied. The next time you contacted me was on the 17/11/20 stating you were stuck in NZ due to Covid. On the18/11/20 I offered to place your membership on hold until you returned to Australia without and associated fees I did request a date for the membership to come off suspension as the debit company requires an end date and that if you needed to extend the suspension to let me know. I didn't hear from you again until the 15/12/20 when you requested the suspension be removed on the 15/01/2021. I responded stating the suspension would start on the 16/12/20. When the membership is removed you receive a text message and email. The last time I heard from you was on the 15/12/20 until you came into the club the other day to cancel your membership. I wish you had of discussed your dissatisfaction at this point instead of providing my Business with a negative google review that has untruths associated with it. I am happy to attach evidence of all of communication and follow up with my Lawyer to pursue defamation action. Thank you Rachel
Fantastic experience: I've been to do many different gyms over the years and Reinvigr8 is hands down my favourite. It may be a smaller gym but it has such a comfortable and friendly atmosphere. The staff are always welcoming and helpful and I've never felt self conscious or out of place here. If you're new to working out or you feel overwhelmed at busier gyms and want somewhere to exercise judgement free then Reinvigr8 is the place!

Fantastic experience: I love this gym. The owners are amazing. They promote a real gym for real ppl. And it certainly is that. The classes are fun and rewarding. The equipment is state of the art. Doug and Rach are very knowledgeable and always willing to help. I’ve never had a gym membership for longer than 6 months but I’m into my second year with these guys. It’s not only a gym it’s a community.
