Fantastic experience: So glad I decided to give reformer pilates a go!! If you’re thinking about trying it out - DO IT! Started at KX with a 5 classes for $50 offer and have never looked back! The classes are super fun and challenging (warning you may not be able to walk for the first week haha) but you’re guaranteed to leave feeling super strong and amazing Have been raving about KX to all my friends and I’m converted for life !!!! The always have special promotions and packages on and the app is super easy to use and book in your classes.

Fantastic experience: An impressive studio with an excellent design. My first Pilates class at KX Pilates Gladesville was a great experience, thanks to the trainer's clear instructions before and during every movement. One of my girl friends has already joined me at KX Pilates Gladesville since I signed up, and I will certainly keep referring friends to it.

Positive experience: I've had 3 knee reconstructions and found it really hard to find a low impact, dynamic workout (i.e. makes you sweat!) which also builds strength. Every class I go to is different, fun and challenging. The aesthetic of the studio is also lovely - lots of plants and light, calming decor. All the instructors are great, but I really enjoy Ginger's classes.

This space is very spa-like with great facilities and equipment.The trainers are always super friendly and change things up constantly so you are never have the same class.

Fantastic experience: My local and favourite KX studio in the area. Been going here for 6+ months. Deceptively challenging workouts (in the best way possible) with a big focus on lengthening out, cardio and building strength with the reformer machine. Clean facilities, friendly and motivating trainers - Nat G and Ginger are rockstars! Added bonus is ample free Parking in the car park around the corner.

Negative experience: After receiving a flyer with an invitation for a trial free session, I have created an account on KX Pilates website, filled in all forms and sent two emails to KX Pilates Studio. I have been waiting for a reply for more than 2 weeks.. still no response.. feeling disappointed.

Fantastic experience: The studio is very spacious, clean and neat. The workouts are beginner friendly, and the instructor gives the perfect amount of attention to everyone. Also good choice of workout music and instructions are very clear.
