Club Lime Belmont

Negative experience: While the facilities are kept clean, the membership contract is a joke. I needed to cancel my membership due to medical reasons and even though I physically can't use the gym right now. I'm being foced into paying an extra $60 just to wait out the weeks until it cancels. This is also ontop of all the *zero dollars up front* marketing they pulled when I first signed up. It was infact not $0 but $30 to sign up for a membership. They are a bunch of liars and such a dishonest brand. Would reccomend looking elsewhere for a gym that actually wants people to success not just drain their bank accounts with bullshit "policies"

Positive experience: Club Lime is a great gym with great facilities and is always well kept. However, there is never any wiped stocked at the gym even when two staff members are present.

Negative experience: Starting membership at the moment poor service I'll keep you posted!

Fantastic experience: You guys have been lovely 5 stars for the smiles and help at reception. The gym is perfectly clean compared to other gyms I’ve been to; young lady from behind the dear today was cleaning like crazy even had the vac out. I like this place!! Thanks for making this a great place to join.

Positive experience: The gym facilities are lovely, its a good place to workout. 3 stars due to cancellation process, not the gym itself. If cancelling your membership through the online system, do not trust it will work! Make sure you get email confirmation of the successful cancellation and SAVE IT or otherwise months later you could find yourself overcharged like I was. UPDATED - Outstanding incorrectly charged fees after cancellation which system did not process correctly in December 2022, have now been waived by the Area Manager & Club Manager and membership has been cancelled. Thankyou! :) It is good the team finally decided to take the ethical route. This should not have taken countless emails to achieve. It's disappointing that the way this was handled initially, soured the experience I had with the club which was previously a good one. Thanks for fixing this.

Fantastic experience: Great gym with friendly staff, modern equipment and a well-lit, clean environment that's welcoming for beginners. The app can be a hassle at times but it's a minor inconvenience at most.

Positive experience: Good value, clean, well equipped, however everyone wears headphones (meaning no chats to be had) because the music in the gym is completely out of touch. Zero people listen to Melbourne bounce EDM Lime, it is time to change it up.

Fantastic experience: I always feel most comfortable coming here. Staff are the most friendly, and helps me feel motivated! The personal trainer "Nicole" is a pleasure to train with. I am always impressed with the cleanliness and how well maintained the facility and it's equipment are. Definitely see myself coming here for a long time!!

Fantastic experience: Club lime is personally the best gym I have been to in Geelong. So helpful and inviting and a friendly environment to be in. The team there are wonderful and are a great representation for the gym. I myself have lost 20+ kilos with the help of Denise the manger and the personal trainer Nicole. absolutely love this place, 10/10.

Denise (manager) and Nicole (pt) are the best - so knowledgeable and high energy, it’s hard not to be motivated when you turn up to the gym! 12/10, would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I had been in search for a new local gym for a while and was excited when Club Lime came to Belmont, Geelong. It is a great atmosphere, the staff members are very friendly and welcoming who take the time to get to know you. New equipment and always clean. Very happy with my experience there and would highly recommend :)

Fantastic experience: I've been a member at multiple gyms in Geelong and I can confidently say the experience at club lime is much better. Denise The manager of the gym has helped me and many others in our journeys with her motivation, guidance and friendly nature that she happily provides alongside Nicole who is club limes personal trainer with fantastic knowledge and "outside the box thinking" variations. Together they have helped me and my partner lose 20kg each and outlined what can be achieved. Love this joint.
