Fantastic experience: Most incredible plus fitness I’ve ever been to, it has everything you could ever want!

Negative experience: No gym etiquette here. Nobody knows how to rerack weights after using a machine and the staff don’t do much to encourage it either. Toilets are also hardly taken care of. The paper towels have not been refilled for weeks.

Positive experience: Been coming here since open, absolutely great place, extremely large lots of equipment. BUT in recent years the flock of school kids coming here standing around machines leave absolutely no room to get any sort of work out in at convenient times. Better off going to a smaller gym you’ll get more machine time there. Hate leaving this here but it’s just the way the place is now, over crowded, no enforced towels (literally not one person here owns one as I’m sitting here)

Fantastic experience: Best gym ever

Negative experience: Terrible gym do not sign up! Staff never clean the equipment nor rerack the weights and equipment they just sit in their office on their phones doing nothing. Also flooded with school kids hogging the machines just socialising instead of working out.

Negative experience: I do not recommend anyone to join this gym, the service is pathetic, I was charged irregularly more than twice

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym, understands and accommodates all types of fitness journeys, some of the more niche equipment like calibrated plates and a large variety of bars is what sets them apart.

Negative experience: Dirty, messy gym, horrible to train in because you can't find the equipment in place, first and last time I train here

Negative experience: Better gyms out there with friendlier staff. Weights constantly left lying around. Smell of BO on some the equipment and towels not being used. I noticed there was an afternoon manager and staff spend too much time in the office. What could of been a good gym needs better management.

Positive experience: Well-equipped and tidy, but hasn’t been very cool recently compared to other Plus Fitness gyms I’ve been to. They have air cons, but even on today (40+ degrees), it seems they were not on, or not on very high. Hopefully it’s just an innocent mistake and they’re not just trying to cut costs.

Fantastic experience: Great gym and great staff. Excellent classes Monday to Thursday, they make exercising so much easier and super fun. Lovely to see a great lady in charge and doing her job keeping the gym safe and welcoming. Could not recommend this gym highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym - clean, spacious and modern equipment. Really enjoy the classes run by Willow, always well organised and great balance between fun and a worthwhile workout. Its great having a female presence in the gym! Very welcoming atmosphere in general and all questions/concerns are always addressed promptly. highly recommend

Negative experience: Excellent gym great equipment as well as mostly good staff except for one very unprofessional female staff member who ruined the experience completely for me. I am considering swapping gyms due to this.

Fantastic experience: By far the best gym in the Northern Beaches , the gym has such a welcoming community , great variety of machines suited for all levels of training and Staff go above and beyond to keep members happy! Love it here!!

Negative experience: Very bad experience, very unprofessional staff. There is a very rude staff member it's a girl working today. She behaves like members are not human beings, she can stare at them, keep making them feel uncomfortable. It's really really a bad thing. Leaving this gym today.

Fantastic experience: Phenomenal gym, great equipment for competitive strength athletes, 400kg in calibrated plates and 4 stiff bars. The renovations also make the place feel a whole lot nicer to train in.

Fantastic experience: Best gym I have been to and it's the biggest plus in Sydney. The gym is two levels with big floor space and has all your dream equipment from sleds to ghd and lots of racks and different barbells. It's truly a gym heaven Jack the owner looks after the gym really well Jack and his trainers are very friendly and approachable. The gym is full of good vibes and motivation

Fantastic experience: Great gym with an awesome open floor plan; very spacious and is always clean. Staff are friendly and make you feel welcome. Lovely Creche area that offers care for 0-6 yr olds Mon to Friday, 9:30 to 12:30pm. Parents can relax and enjoy a workout while knowing their child is happy and well cared for.

Fantastic experience: Loved the gym! Its very spacious and not too crowded. Also really enjoyed the functional training section for circuit training. Would 100% recommend all my friends to join

Positive experience: Clean gym and friendly staff. I would love to see an assault bike and hyperextension/back extension machine on the gym floor, and have the option to adjust music volume as overly loud even with headphones on. Also, hand sanitiser available on the walls would be awesome

Positive experience: Without doubt the best plus fitness I've been to. Well laid out floor plan and equipment but the air conditioning in the mornings during winter is just not on. Can not be switched off until staff comes on their shift. It's simply too cold to get going
