Fantastic experience: This gym is HUGE! I always have a fantastic experience at Anytime Fitness Box Hill! The gym is always clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything I need for a great workout—plenty of weights, cardio machines, and functional training gear. The 24/7 access is super convenient, and the staff are friendly, supportive, and always happy to help.

Positive experience: Anytime fitness Boxhill has a bigger space and better equipments but some of those like ropes are getting older and need to be replaced.

Negative experience: Went here once and had two men mock my laugh, shame because I loved all the new equipment. Wouldn’t recommend this place for women unfortunately

Negative experience: Most unwelcome staff ive seen at a gym. I do not appreciate your staff member essentially insinuating that i cannot afford a $15 casual visit for my partner. I messaged your number and was told a casual trial was free for my partner. Upon arriving your staff member said unless she plans to sign up after it is usually $15 And i was like oh i thought it would be free today. She gave me a pretty unpleasant look and just said okay fine. She didnt seem too happy, we were made quite uncomfortable. After 15 mins i returned and told your staff member that you made me feel like i cannot afford $15 so ill just pay it. She did no apologising all she said “oh really if you want thank you”. Laughed in my face and handed me the eftpos machine. Pathetic behaviour by your staff member, i have been a AF member since 2013, so i will be ensuring i inform others of my experience. Ontop of that after my partner finished her session and even went into the same elevator with this staff member who didn’t even ask how her session.

Fantastic experience: I recently joined AF and visited a few other branches around this area. This one is the best cleanest one with friendly staff. The air-conditioning system and the facilities was perfect. The gym can have more machines or 2 and 3 of each range specially for leg muscles but it will not be an issue if you go in a quiet time.

Positive experience: The place is amazing. Equipments are new and up to date. Cardio equipments need to be extended. There is not a proper locker and changing room too. Easy car park. So far clean and not too busy.

Negative experience: I would not recommend this place. Over the phone the consultant attempted to arrange a time for me to come check out the gym. I mentioned that I would first prefer to know the approx cost per week. She hesitated to share it up front but then said it starts from $22 per week, 18 month contract. When I replied thank you but $22 per week is more than I'm looking to pay, instead of her replying with a friendly/polite "no problem"....I could feel there was some "tone" in her voice which make this conversation uncomfortable for me.

Fantastic experience: Anytime fitness box hill is a great facility has all modern equipment to get whatever workout you’re looking to get done! The floor plan is super spread out plenty of room to move around. The staff are kind and friendly would Definitely recommend anyone to try this gym!

Positive experience: Great gym, great equipment, sadly not a friendly feeling with some other gym goers. Tonight was a rough experience at 11 as my partner felt unsafe with two larger males constantly yelling and making the place feel unsafe. Id recommend going with staff present as most other members become quite unfriendly.

Positive experience: Gym layout is excellent, and is the largest Anytime gym by far that I’ve been to. However for its size I think it needs more equipment to keep up with the demand especially during the peak periods. Eg, I find myself queuing up for equipment where there is only one in the entire gym: seated back row, and pec and rear delt machine, and sometimes the bench press rack and flat bench machine. On a side note there are 6 mirrored nicely lit squat rack platforms, which is a dream for people on leg day
