Fantastic experience: I live in Vegas and was on holiday in Sydney. This F45 gym was spotless, had nice equipment, people were friendly, and coach was very encouraging. Highly recommend. As is our tradition at the F45 in Las Vegas Arts District, here's a photo post workout!

Since joining this studio, I’ve always been made to feel so welcome. The team are so helpful and friendly and really motivate you to try your best. When I started with F45, I had limited experienced with training at a gym but Glenn, Tamsyn and the other trainers are very knowledgeable and make each sessions welcoming, challenging and fun. The community and positive environment has been so rewarding - my fitness and overall health have improved significantly.

Fantastic experience: At 42 i am the strongest and happiest i have been since having my 2 beautiful boys. As an ex professional fighter (before kids) I am now back on the fight team and feeling stronger than ever thanks to the team at Northbridge F45. The community is incredible and everyone is on their own journey, supporting each-other, having a laugh and achieving serious transformations and goals. My husband has never looked better haha! Shedding serious weight and lifting like a crossfit champ again. The work outs are always different and swap between Hybrid, strength and cardio. The staff are friendly and attentive, the studio is clean and has lots of natural lights, and the equipment is up to date and maintained well. Glen and Tamsyn’s level of care is second to none.

Fantastic experience: Went in for a visit, as I was checking out places to join to help my motivation with fitnes (wasn't great). Initially I was struck by the friendliness of the staff, Craig the owner took the time to personally show me around. I've been going for a few weeks now and am full of motivation, I can feel and see the difference. Plus made a few friends as a bonus. Keep up the great work and I will too.

Fantastic experience: Could not recommend F45 Willoughby more highly. Mark and the team run a fantastic studio, coming from someone who previously had no motivation for exercise to becoming addicted that’s huge! Super friendly and welcoming team. Without doubt the best studio in Sydney!

Fantastic experience: Awesome classes with super friendly staff who push you to your limits! They have a well-maintained studio, heaps of space and amenities and high quality equipment. It’s always a great experience every time I go.

Fantastic experience: Great, supportive trainers. Demonstrations for all workouts included. Workouts are easy to follow. Water dispenser for re-fills, has showers and a kid-friendly area while the mummies train.
