QuickFit Health Club Point Cook

Fantastic experience: I'm a new member and found a hidden gem. QuickFit Health Club Point Cook is a great local family owned gym. Very clean, tidy & staff are very friendly. The gym has all the equipment you need, a variety of the latest machines, free weights, cables & multiple benches so you are never waiting to use anything. Secure lockers for your gear and air conditioning is great. I highly recommend QuickFit Point Cook

Positive experience: I recently moved to the area, and this gym is conveniently within walking distance from my place, just a stone's throw from Williams Landing station. I love that it's well-lit, spacious, and equipped with the latest gear, all at a great price. The only downside is that there aren't any group classes at the moment, possibly due to the smaller crowd.

Fantastic experience: Clean gym with plenty of exercise machines, both cardio and weight training. Owner is friendly and welcoming. Only minor issue if any, is the limited parking spaces that are available for the gym, but we often avoid peak hours and have so far been able to secure a spot.

Fantastic experience: Great! It is community gym, so, you always find equipments regardless of time. It is clean, tidy, well managed and available for 24X7 hours. Maryanne & team are very much supportive.

Fantastic experience: Coming from Derrimut Gym which is massively larger than QuickFit I thought I'd have trouble with lack of equipment and spacing. I was completely wrong, this gym is well equipped and nicely spaced for the size it is. There is equipment for all your needs as well as plenty of space to do your own thing. I mostly go to the gym later towards the evening so I don't often run into the staff but when I do they are very welcoming and friendly. The same goes with all the other patrons and gym goers. They are all very friendly and easy going and I have only had good experiences with them. The gym is not crazy busy as well. I have had some experiences where I was the only one in the gym. Some may see it as a bad thing, but for people like me, it's honestly great having the gym to yourself. But even when it is busy you still have plenty of room to breathe and do your own thing. I initially signed up for a 3 months membership to just test out the place and see how I'd feel and it's almost reached that 3 months now at the time of writing this. I can honestly say that this gym satisfies my needs fully. So much so that I will be signing up for another 12 months. If you are in need of a gym or just looking around I'd highly recommend giving QuickFit a shot. Definitely worth it!

Fantastic experience: The Gym is clean & equipment caters for all aspects of your training. Free weights, machines, cardio etc... Marc one of the PTs was both professional & passionate about what he does. More than just a Trainer - but he also took the time to get to know you, as well as looks into other aspects of your lifestyle & goals. Signing up was a breeze. Managed to get in a couple Gym sessions before the 2nd - stage 3 lockdown. Look forward to heading back to the gym again. Special Thank You to the Owner Diane - whom was also accommodating in ensuring the membership process went smoothly.

Fantastic experience: Never busy, equipment is in good order, weights are usually put away so easy to access what I need. Have been enjoying this place more since we started training information with Marc. Would like a second rowing machine as it is my preferred aerobic machine and I am impatient (wait has never been more than 10mins!)
