Fantastic experience: The best all-around Canberra

Positive experience: I only used the pool for a swimming lesson. Beautiful pools and comfortable water. But entry fee is hefty along with parking expensive place to visit if you are not a member.

Negative experience: Swimming pool is extremely crowded after 4pm. Most lanes are occupied by swim schools. Only 3 lanes are available to the public, majority of the time there are 5 swimmers in each of these lanes.

Positive experience: I take my daughter for swimming classes here. This location has best staff and teachers. Much thanks to them for dedication and hard work they put in teaching kids. Though cleanliness in washrooms and changing rooms is an issue. Wonderful experience otherwise.

Positive experience: A good gym but I wish the staff would use the app to let us know in advance when a class is cancelled.

Fantastic experience: Great place to work out, then relax in the sauna or steam room

Negative experience: Bought an annual membership and yet I'm still charged fortnightly. Followed up with the billing staff a month ago and am yet to achieve any resolution.

Negative experience: They will continue to change you huge amounts for your membership after cancelling. Do not sign up for this gym.

Positive experience: Has just about all the equipment that you would need, no unique brands or machines that you might find in other gyms though. Nice environment with lots of natural lighting. Quite busy at curtain times of the week though as it is located at the university, so particularly afternoons you may have a hard time finding equipment to use without a wait. Additionally, pads on the machines often have cracks and are even rarely torn, which can feel uncomfortable. There isn’t more than one of each machine either. Overall a good gym, but can be difficult to workout if you tend to go during peak times.

Negative experience: Girls, please take care when you in the change room! Because a man could in and there is no punishment to him! So disappointed with the stuff and management. Today is my first came here and I feel so horrible and angry! I found a male in female’s change room and the stuff did nothing to him. He hided in one of the shower room and made lousy moan. Can you imagine how insecure we are when you are showering and suddenly heard a man’s moan? He came out when we finished shower, luckily we wearied clothes at that time. He went out and said it’s a mistake. So ridiculous! And we told to the stuff and they did nothing and let the man gone! We’re so angry and the stuff did nothing! I just realized I had to call the police! Update: 2 weeks past, Clublime did nothing on this.So disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Best place for kid's swimming lesson..

Positive experience: Swimming pool was great with warm water pool and jacuzzi.

Negative experience: How many people suffer from this membership ? I call many time to stop no reply

Negative experience: Loved working out here but, Needing a month's notice to cancel? absolutely ridiculous.

Fantastic experience: My heaven

Positive experience: Not a bad gym, I can't really see why this is deemed "platinum", however, it does have most equipment one might need for effective resistance training. A young crowd as the location might suggest.

Fantastic experience: Best gym facilities ive even seen!

Negative experience: Sauna’s “not working” sign is part of the gym now. It never works properly.

Positive experience: Good equipment, friendly vibe and great staff. Can get a bit busy 5-7 pm.

Negative experience: This gym is solid - it's just the membership cancellation process that leaves a bad taste. Just cancelled my membership as I'm moving, but they charge you for a full extra month when you cancel. Not going to be able to use it at all, and they charged me...

Fantastic experience: Great gym with sauna steam room and pools.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, it can get very full at peak times but it is the perfect gym when not at capacity. Great squat rack area and plenty of machines.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff

Positive experience: Not the best one especially for a "platium", abit haphazard with the equipment. No real flow or placement,cracked pads, dirty, dusty not kept up well. Most lockers seem occupied even when no one in the gym,broken doors, trash can dirty, drink fountain at your own risk. Not cleaned to a great even good standard. Lots of personal effects seem to be left behind. Pool and locker areas seemed ok at the times I used except for dead nata in the steam room bench.

Negative experience: They trick you with a range of machines but lack all the things that make up a good gym… chalk, weight belts, multiple attachments for cable machines, that sort of thing. Soulless place.

Positive experience: Great place to swim and gym but hot water in the centre for showers Staff notified 3 weeks in a row and no one cares Otherwise it's good

Positive experience: Love the pool and spa but hate the cold showers.

Fantastic experience: Good, clean gym with a variety of equipment. It has a swimming pool and steam room too.

Negative experience: I only signed up here because of their facilities. Ie steam room and spa. Steam room hasn’t worked for over 6 months and now the sauna is out of action for unknown reasons and no time frame given for repairs.

Fantastic experience: really great gym with pool and spa/sauna

Negative experience: The organisation keeps charging even after requested suspending my membership. The staff are helpful in attitude only, but evasive when you are trying to cancel your membership. The only focus of them is to make you stay with them and paying.

Negative experience: still fully charged me during my membership suspension.

Positive experience: Take my boys here for swimming lessons. The staff are always friendly. The amenities are clean. I would highly recommend these facilities
