Fantastic experience: Very friendly and welcoming staff. It has that family business feel which I love. The classes are so diverse so plenty to choose from and great instructors too.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly environment! Great people! Family owned! Dion, Kristy, Larissa, Kaye (only to mention a few) are all very friendly and kind and there to help with any question. The place is a little outdated but it doesn't change the quality of services provided!

Fantastic experience: I’ve came from 2 other gyms sign up at both last few years which were more updated on the Equipment. I love how this Gym has women’s Area. Also 3 other areas in the gym. It’s pretty big once you have a look around and a sus! The equipment is little outdated but it is the absolute same as any other gym equipment. If you’re looking to join a gym that is calm and chill then this is the gym! I came from an updated loud noisy gym before signing up here. I do prefer viva as they’re lot more quiet. Can be little squishy but you just gotta make it work! If you’re not sure if you want make full commitment you can always sign up for trial! I love this gym it is more my style and they do amazing classes! Good way to escape from your mental health and focus on yourself and make some good friends in the community!

Positive experience: Small compact but does have 4 squash courts so very happy with that

Fantastic experience: I have just joined, and I am so glad I did! I am doing the Strength for Life classes. Everyone is friendly, the staff are super helpful and positive. The atmosphere is one of acceptance and encouragement. Esther and Jade really know their stuff! The 15 minute warm up is a good cardio workout, and the cool down after using the weights and equipment means I have not been sore after attending classes. I am feeling great and very happy with my decision to join Viva!

Fantastic experience: Ideal fitness club if you want to get fit - very approachable and supporting staff, no pressure friendly atmosphere and proper team spirit. My personal favourite is Body Combat with Laryssa - real beast of a coach who'd push you to the very limit! All you gotta go is drag yourself in there - team will to the rest! Go Viva!!!

Fantastic experience: VIVA fitness is incredible. Such a large gym with loads on the timetable. The range of classes is great. The staff are so friendly and the atmosphere is so warm and inviting. They have an over 50s club which is brilliant. This gym is like no other. You will love ❤️ it. Thankyou viva fitness

Fantastic experience: Joining Viva fitness has been the best decision in my life wrt my health & fitness as well as my mental health and well being. I've been to a number of gyms but never have I felt part of a family like here, which to me transcends a membership. I have been here less than a month I believe and the results are already showing. It goes without saying I highly recommend Viva fitness to any and all.

Negative experience: My overall experience with the gym is not great. Variety of classes but mainly in the morning so not much provision for working members in the afternoon. The gym equipment is worse for wear, outdated and not much variety; they are in need of some series upgrading. I especially did not appreciate their coercive, extremely aggressive hard sales tactics. Intensively pushy strategies are not the only way to make a sale.

Negative experience: Worst unprofessional staff, never ever respond to email and send it fake contract and bills , nof even know that if two people in same adresss who they talking with ,poor communication skills nd thats why extra bills received,,, never recommend at all

Fantastic experience: The team at viva are always so helpful and passionate about what they do. Not as flashy as your modern franchise gym with their digital screens and whatnot, but theres a big sense of community here and youll never feel like your just a number. I do PT with Jay as well, and hes been detrimental in my progress to a healthier, happier me. Best gym in the western area!

Fantastic experience: I joined Viva 2 an half years ago and love the place. you are always welcomed with a friendly smile and you feel like you are part the family. I really enjoy 1 on 1 push training and boxing classes. All trainers are knowledgeable and work with you to reach your goals.

Fantastic experience: Great place for all ages but especially in the more mature age bracket as they have classes specifically for the older crowd. Definitely worth looking at if your are aged 55 - 70

Fantastic experience: Hey guys. What can i say about viva. Been there year and a half now and still loving it. Friendly staff and great wisdom from there trainers. Awesome being part of a great family enviroment at viva. Lets not forget the training most of all. Mixing it up with all the great classes they have is awesome and being pushed to your limit is so kind and rewarding. I cant get enuff of the place from there boxing classes to there 1 on 1 push trainers to there great relaxing balance classes. Thanks viva. The best in the west.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to viva now for over two year's and my experience has been nothing but fantastic! All staff and trainers are so friendly and just waiting to help you reach what ever goal you have in mind. I have experienced all viva has to offer and i can honestly say that the family ran business is 100% awesome! So if your looking for a gym peeps VIVA is the way too go! Oh lets not forget how much my babies LOVE the creche which is just another bonus for us mummy's and daddy's trying to squeeze another session in.
