Fantastic experience: I'm in the adults karate class and this is fantastic. Knowledgeable, helpful and supportive instructors. Very welcoming environment. Surprisingly, classes have an excellent gender balance and everyone checks their ego at the door. I highly recommend Dynamics, for first timers right the way through. As an older woman, I was a bit nervous at first. The first class put me right at ease and I left raving about it. Sensei Chris and his team have created a something really special here.

Chris with his other leaders treat each person as an individual and you learn at your individual pace. Fantastic experience: I have been training at Dynamic Martial Arts at Forest Hill for the past three years. I started with the Senior Mens exercise class where I worked on my overall fitness with Rhonda, she is an experienced physical trainer who raised my fitness levels. Subsequently, I joined the karate and jiu-jitsu classes with the intention of picking one discipline. After one year I opted for karate training. During my training I was ably trained by Chris (Sensei) and Zac who provide nuanced and targeted training allowing each person to develop at their own pace. Dynamic Martial Arts provides a very family friendly environment to allow individuals to develop and hone their skills at each person's own pace and capacity, regardless of age, gender, capability or capacity. Oh by the way, this year I turned 70 (2024), so if I can do it so can you. Thanks to Chris, Zac, Rhonda and Kylie.

Fantastic experience: My family have been coming here for over 2 years. Between us all we do kids karate, adult karate and adult fitness and we are really happy. Kylie and Chris are wonderful and kind and the business is well run. Chris is so charismatic and the kids love him. Kylie has been really helpful in the adult classes making sure my technique is right and pushing me to get the most of my sessions. The sessions are also flexible so if something comes up and you can’t make it you can just swap your class on the app so easy! They also run kids ninja sessions approx monthly and also kids nights out which the kids love! We have all been really happy here for the last few years and are excited to progress our skills further with Chris and Kylie over the next few years

Our eldest has been a student for three years, and we've seen such a remarkable growth in his confidence. Fantastic experience: Chris and Kylie are fabulous owners and trainers. Have been a member for years now and will always come back. The group fitness classes every morning are different every day and are always fun and energetic. No repetitive classes. Age absolutely no limit. Then the fabulous get together with the other members afterwards at Dynamic’s cafe. Kylie makes a fabulous ‘choc-chai’ and wonderful coffees.

Fantastic experience: Sensei Chris and the team at Dynamic Martial Arts are brilliant with the kids. Kids learn focus, discipline and respect as well as self defence and martial arts skills. The fun and inclusive way in which the classes are run means maximum participation with no time for daydreaming or being left behind. Parents can enjoy a drink or snack from the cafe and socialise while watching the classes. In addition to classes, regular kids nights allow parents to have a couple of hours to themselves. Birthday parties are so much fun the kids want to keep coming back. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I have been regularly attending the senior men’s exercises classes twice a week since the business started operating in Forest Hill, and have found these great fun and very engaging, with activities that are different every session, which I can always adjust to my own abilities. I love the company of the other participants, our wonderful, extraordinary instructor Rhonda, and the super-friendly attitude of proprietors Kylie and Chris and gang. Until I started these classes, I felt certain they were “not for me”. I could not have been more wrong!

Fantastic experience: Dynamic Fitness is superb. The instructors create a welcoming, inclusive and happy environment for all ages and fitness levels. As an older woman, I go regularly to Senior classes and Pilates and am maintaining my core strength, balance and fitness. I have made many friends and enjoy a chat and coffee together afterwards.

Fantastic experience: Dynamic Martial Arts has been an amazing experience for my whole family for more than five years now. From my daughter’s confidence and strength building up from her karate lessons, to me getting fitter in Kylie’s fitness classes, it’s been a wonderful time. And that’s not even mentioning the sense of community — how much I’ve loved seeing how well the kids all treat each other, and how that’s modelled by the teachers and staff. I hope we stay as part of the Dynamic family for years to come!

Fantastic experience: A huge thank you to the wonderful team at Dynamic Martial Arts & Fitness, they did such an amazing job hosting my sons 4th birthday party last weekend! All of the kids had so much fun & were encouraged & engaged in all of the activities too. My son in particular had such a fantastic time that he’s now going to come along to karate lessons & so will my 7 year old daughter. The set up is perfect, and the timing of the welcome, activities & then party food, then more fun activities & cutting the cake with the samurai sword was an absolute highlight (for both my son & my husband, haha!). Getting them to get rid of the sugar high afterwards with parents vs kids in the tug of war game & then involving parents in the game of dodgeball, was just awesome. We couldn’t have asked for anything more perfect & we’ll be recommending you as much as we can. Thank so much to the entire team, especially Chris, Liz & Kylie plus all the crew there on the day

We had a private party, and I must say, it was unforgettable for all the kids involved. The event was expertly organised, allowing us parents to sit back and relax while the staff took care of every detail. They were incredibly attentive to the children, ensuring everyone was looked after and entertained. The highlight of the party was when my daughter got to use a special sword to cut the birthday cake, adding an exciting and unique touch to the celebration. We were thoroughly impressed with the level of care and professionalism displayed by the staff at Dynamic Martial Arts. It made for a truly memorable and hassle-free birthday celebration!

All the kids loved it and had the best time, ages ranged from 5-10 and they were all able to participate and have fun. The owners and staff are lovely and do a really great job engaging with the children and making sure they give things a try and have a good time. I highly recommend for your next party, fun for boys and girls it was really great.

Fantastic experience: We had our daughter's 6th birthday at Dynamic Martial Arts and have to say how impressed we were with everything. As opposed to most other venues, you get the entire place to yourself. The staff were all accommodating and friendly, the venue is clean and bright, and the kids all had a blast. There was more than enough party food and cutting the cake with a Samurai sword was definitely a highlight for the party girl. Our 9 year old now wants her next party at Dynamic Martial Arts too so we'll be back for sure.

Fantastic experience: My son recently celebrated his 7th birthday at Dynamic with a ninja party and I can’t recommend it enough! Flexible and patient, the team at Dynamic looked after our every need, and we weren’t rushed out the door — unlike our past experiences at larger party venues. My son and our party guests had a wonderful time. Many activities were designed to for them to do their personal best rather than directly compete with one another, which meant having fun without arguments that 7 year olds can get into! We had guests ranging from 6 to 10 years old, both boys and girls, and they were all pumped to become ninjas as soon as they saw the amazing course and facilities. They were properly supervised throughout the party. I can’t fault the experience we had — the team at Dynamic took away my party stress and gave my son some fantastic memories. Cutting his cake with a samurai sword (this was optional — my son did it with help from his dad) and breaking a wooden board in half were really special experiences for him. I’d recommend it for anyone looking for a party experience that’s a little different and/or for birthday boys/girls who love being active.

Fantastic experience: I have two kids and both come here. My older boy is a bit shy and nervous and this has been the best for him. His confidence has grown so much. Couldn’t recommend dynamic martial arts enough.

Fantastic experience: We travel from Wheelers Hill and both my son and daughter attend the Karate classes once sometimes twice a week. Friendly staff and great instructors, Sensei Chris is experienced and great with the kids. My kids have both graded a few times each and their confidence and skill levels have greatly improved.

Fantastic experience: Both my children have been attending Dynamic Martial Arts since 2009. I can not recommend Sensei Chris, Sensei Dan, Kylie and the team at DMA highly enough. Having progressed through the belts, my kids have not only achieved higher belts through the grading process, but are part of an incredible community, and have achieved many life goals through the values and lessons taught over the years here at DMA. If you are looking for a karate school that is family orientated, value driven with instructors that a passionate about helping your kids and you as adults succeed and level up, both in sport, but more importantly life skills - look no further - HIGHLY recommend DMA to everyone!

Fantastic experience: I could give 6 star if I can. My son has been in the kids Karate class for almost a year. Instructor: Dan, Brandon and Brittany , their passion towards the children have always been very high. I am so touched by their enthusiasm towards kids despite the fact that they are all relatively young. I have taken my son to several sports class for trails. some of the class at aqua link is just not so good (do know why it is 4 star rating) Aqua link or other venue might have better facility, but at the end it is the instructor and what they teach that matters, also whether or not your kids are happy. They are just the best instructors for kids. So much love and passion and energy. They also constantly improving what they teaching. At class they teach how to react to strangers danger, how to be respectful, how to be confident, etc. Always re-renfocing what matters in the life. Giving out stickers, badges and a piece of activity paper for homework. oh an apple, too.:) After almost a year of class, my son has great improvement in discipline, standing still, be more responsive to instructions. the class duration is shorter compare to other class, but the price is very reasonable. They also pack a lot within one class. The kids did have a good work and learn some knowledge, I would say it is a very efficient class. The kids class is not full at the moment , I strongly recommend anyone who are interests come have a trail. Plenty of parking space in Blackburn north Shopping Centre , nearby has supermarket, post, butcher, bakers delight, etc. No matter there is 1 kid or 2 kids, the instructor always put in full effort in the class, give attention to each of them. Lead instructor, Dan, much appreciate your energy and effort towards the class. The only thing I wish is that if they can have their proper karate/Tawkwondo uniform , it's kinda cute when little kids wear them. :)

Fantastic experience: 2 of my children have been doing karate for 4 years here. My wife does weekly fitness sessions and I do the adult karate lessons. Love it. Chris and Kylie operate their business in a such a fun and professional manner. The other instructors fed off their enthusiasm.. Dynamic is more of a community that has tripled in members in the time that my family have been here
