Flexible timetable between AM and PM with a great and complementary panel of activities Boxing, Muay Thai, HIIT for all levels genders, and ages. All coaches go above and beyond for all members and help to achieve your goal. The community is fun, open minded, friendly and enjoyable. You can make friends easily. You can't get bored as you are always evolving. Supportive and passionate coaches, they care about your muay thai journey. It's such a blessing to be part of this community. I started training there and all I felt was "I'm old, fat and unfit". 11months later of hard-work and pushing through, I cannot realise how much I love DDMT for making me feel special, great, smart and capable. Highly recommended. PS: if you want a PT with Boss, it's like waiting in the queue for Cold Play or Taylor Swift Tickets, get ready and wish you luck! Special mention to Katrina being my trial and your support, to Lorna for being the best coach ever I love you Commando Lorna, to Logan for reminding me that I need to focus on the positive achievements and not always the "bads" and sometimes i need to "sh*tup and keep going", to Foxy for being the best boxing coach ever on this planet, to Mel for being such a fantastic Tiny's coach and attention to details when we do PTs. And to Nakia & Benji for creating this gym, and fight events which I always enjoy attending them. Forever in my heart.

DDMT will look after you in and outside the gym and will always guide you to keep you healthy mentally and physically. No egos in the gym, family friendly and just a very down to earth gym you could ever find.

Fantastic experience: This is an excellent gym, it's very family friendly. Classes vary from kids, teens, beginner's, intermediate and fighters.

Negative experience: The stance from this business is "All lives matter". Regardless of the coaching here or how good the gym is, I'd never want to train at a place when this is their stance. I wouldn't feel welcome. There's enough hate in this world as it is.

Negative experience: Good place to train but watch out for there billing ! The owner only wants money is unable to help you with bill issues. Had many issues with billing Wouldn't train there because of this issue

Fantastic experience: Hi all, I would just like to say thank you to Double Dose Muay Thai for a fantastic kids and adults training programs. I have a son training in the kids class and another son training in the adult advanced class. It's great to watch our sons use there skills that they have learnt from both Nakia and Benji over the past few months. The club has been great to both my boys and they definitely enjoy there Muay Thai. Once again, thank you to Nakia and Benji. Cheers.

Fantastic experience: As a parent of a young fighter nothing is more valuable than knowing your childs trainers are capable. Benji and nakia are more than that, they run the gym as a close knit family where help is just one question away. Nothing is ever to hard for them and my son has total faith with anything asked of him. Keep up the great work team double dose meny more life changing events to come.
