Metroflex Gym

Fantastic experience: Honestly this is the best gym. In terms of the variation of equipment available, the specific machines and the friendly atmosphere. The attendees here, their work ethic and motivation is motivating in itself. It's a friendly environment because the type of dedication required to be at the level people are who train here; thins out the herd people you would otherwise find at a commercial chain of gyms. I'd recommend Metroflex to anyone who wants to train hard

Fantastic experience: I've been going to this gym for two years and it's so good. There must be over 50 weight machines on the ground floor and all the cardio machines are upstairs. The number of machines means there's always something available. Very friendly staff too.

Fantastic experience: This is the gym I wish I could find back in the states. The atmosphere is perfect for those who want that old school gym feel. I'm not a fan of the places where it becomes a social venue and there's a lot of egos. Big fan of the people, the set up, and the feel.

Fantastic experience: I use to think this gym was for the serious body builders but it's not. You get all kinds here. The owner is amazing & helpful. I use my fitness passport here too. It has the best machines I've ever seen & I've been to alot of gyms in the shire. Hands down, the best gym I've been to. It's huge too & not packed. There's no waiting for a machine because there's sooo many!

Fantastic experience: What a Great Gym!!! Highly Recommend!!! The owner is a great guy, very knowledgeable and also his supporting wider team. Always their to genuinely help me with my training (they all have a years of experience you cannot read of out of a text book). I had the owner and one of the personal trainers come up to me on seaprate occasions on their own accord to help me with lifting techniques to get a better contraction. Who gives away free advice away anymore! Great equipment to use, both free weight and assisted. Great value in membership pricing and flexible hours to train. Very well worth the time to trial if you are in the hunt for a new gym and more importantly to tap into a huge pool of knowledge of the team on how to train with different techniques and to eat properly to get healthy. !!!Highly Recommend Again!!!

Negative experience: Its a good gym. then you get charged different rates 3 weeks in a row and different rates for your partner as well, 2 week was double rate and the manager will just call it admin fees. No care, no explanation. Admin fee = $WhatEverSheWants. Rip you off, no cares given.

Fantastic experience: Lots of fun, great community and staff and is very welcoming. The equipment is great and hygienic, and the PT’s are very excellent and very understanding of what you want to achieve. The receptionist and life coach, Liz is very welcoming, kind and respectful. You can follow Liz her on instagram: lifewithliz_lifecoaching if you need advice or life coaching she will be there for you. Overall great gym 5/5 for sure.
