Fantastic experience: Equilibrium has been my go-to gym for the past five years, offering a perfect balance between functional training and traditional gym workouts. It’s more than just a place to exercise—it’s a community that has supported my fitness journey every step of the way. The trainers are knowledgeable, and the atmosphere is welcoming, which makes pushing myself to new limits enjoyable. Whether it's lifting weights or engaging in dynamic movements that challenge the whole body, Equilibrium provides everything I need to stay motivated and healthy.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to EQ for about a year, and I absolutely love it! The 24/7 gym has a fantastic selection of equipment, and the staff have been incredibly supportive, helping me with a personalised workout program and teaching me proper exercise techniques. A great gym to start your fitness journey :)

Fantastic experience: Have been going to Eltham EQ for a few years now. Love the classes and the gym space. Great atmosphere in both. Owners Tom and Cale are easy to chat with and can be found helping in both the gym and classes. I drive an extra 15 minutes past another EQ to go to Eltham because of the space and atmosphere.

Negative experience: It's a nice little Club. Unfortunately the parking is horrendous. Have not been able to use my membership effectively due to the parking and on 4 occasions, I have had to turn back and head home. Parking down the Road (as requested by staff in an email to members) half a kilometre away is an convenience by all means and quite annoying to say the least.
