Negative experience: Turned up with a flock of kids in the school holidays and the staff had closed the slides an hour early as it “wasn’t busy enough”. 4 staff sat behind the counter chatting. Asked if they could turn them on for the kids and it all seemed like too much trouble. Pretty bummed as that the reason why we came.

Positive experience: It's nice, staff are nice. Except it says the pool closes at 7 but as I have discovered they pretty much close at six unless you want to do laps which I think is fine except they should have at least two lanes that are open for just doing your own thing as it's coming into summer and some people work throughout the week and even weekend and are unable to get in until after 5 and in that case they'll only have like an hr to swim and that's if they have a car and can drive down there some people have to walk and then they only have a few minutes. Maybe put up a sign to let people know so they're not rocking up and wasting their money. Also girls bathroom showers need a seat so they can put they're clothes on.

Positive experience: The pool itself is fantastic however they do not have a decent food shop. All pool goers are teased by the delicious smell of hot chips from chicken mania across the road but pool staff forbid (rather rudely) outside take away food being brought in. Even though as I sit here writing this two staff members have come back from across the road with burgers which they are eating at one of the tables here now. I’m watching people enter with eskies and shopping bags filled with chips, bread, cold meats, salads and steak and sausages to cook on the bbq here but refuse to allow food from across the road. The only food the pool has available is microwaved pies, sausage rolls and pizza slices a limited range of drinks and lollies. I find this unacceptable for a pool that caters to such a large area of people. I drove an hour to get here planing to spend the day with my kids but our day will be cut short so that we can go and have lunch. I guess I now know for next time to bring food from home.

Positive experience: Conflicting advice for pool entry charges for spectator during intensive school swimming lessons for my child. Charged $2 for 9 days, then $2.20 for the 10th day. I would strongly suggest this facility making all entry fees publicly available using adequate signage. The actual pools are great!

Negative experience: Ok i was at the pool an i did a frontflip as soon as i got there i know i shouldnt of done it but about 5 minutes after that the lady yelled at me and said get out of the pool now get out of the gates angrily but my mum was there so i sat near her and then she was still tellingme to get out of the pool even no my other siblings were there my mum wasnt just going to leave out of the pool by myself while everyone was having fun she said to me i warned u last season and i was thinking like your going to remember what happened last year but the thing that made me and my mum angry is her son was doing frontflips and backflips and she didnt care and so me my mum walked out and then about 5 minutes later she kicked 2 more kids out so i dont recemend going to casino pool
