Anytime Fitness

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym, great friendly staff. Such a great environment to work out in. Highly recommend. I’ve never felt so comfortable in a gym before, the staff are very accommodating.

Negative experience: Unprofessional and Stressful Experience I had a terrible experience with Anytime Fitness and their handling of my contract. Despite requesting a cancellation due to being overseas, they ignored my request and sent my account to debt collection without any effort to resolve the issue. Repeated calls to their collection agency went unanswered, and this has caused me undue stress and anxiety. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable way to treat a customer.

Fantastic experience: This gym has improved immensely in cleanliness, nothing is ever to much bother since jess returned, sadly for whatever reason, she's leaving, and will.be missed

Fantastic experience: Sale Anytime fitness is my go to place to unwind and have my strength workout at the end of the day, Great facility and great staff.

Positive experience: Decent location, plenty of two hour parking. Quiet during the day, reasonable size gym. Little out dated in terms of facilities and could be improved with newer AF signs and lights. Strangely no Wi-Fi for members available, never experienced that before, overall a decent gym for the town of Sale.

Fantastic experience: Love the Staff Jenna has been amazing on progressing my journey to the next level. Facilities are great and the place is always clean and all staff members are friendly. Get on board you won't be disappointed.

Negative experience: Locked doors during normal business hours, reception didn't really care for customers. Over packed space of equipment.. only 2 elliptical to choose from. Parking is limited, and will have to use IGA Carpark. Weird relying on specific anytime fitness apps for music and tracking fitness. It's just a very awkward and uninviting gym. With limited security and safety for a female.

Fantastic experience: Love the gym, great use of space and variety of equipment. Staff are very friendly and are always willing to help. Classes included in membership are challenging and fun. Gym is always well maintained and clean.

Negative experience: This gym is the worst gym in sale. Highly recommend training elsewhere if new or visiting the are. For starters nothing gets done around the joint. The rubbish is always overflowing, the vending machine has had the one can in it for over a month and the joint is dirty. The staff there have no clue whatsoever on how to run a gym. One is too busy training people and the other is hopeless. No one is answering phones or doing their job. I have spoken to people who have also voiced concerns via fb and apparently they get left on read with no resolution. If I could give 0 stars i would.

Fantastic experience: I was so happy with my experience at the gym. I am always very nervous about going to new classes but they were so lovely and welcoming it felt like I’d been going there for a long time. The staff were very friendly and super helpful. Couldn’t fault the service in showing me around so I could find everything. Jenna the PT there has a really friendly personality and is certainly very welcoming. I will definately be going back. I loved it!

Negative experience: Lady that runs this place is useless! The phone is never answered no matter what time of day you ring! I'm currently interstate and have made multiple requests to atf to have my account suspended but no reply although they continue to withdraw money any chance they get! Update, 14/12/22 still no answer when calling the number listed and no call back yet still money and fees are flying into these scammers bank account. Ive just had a shoulder surgery and have been constantly ringing to suspend and nothing. These people are a joke who will just steal your money!!! I wish minus stars was a thing

Positive experience: ATF is Not open 24/7 in Sale. There was no access available at the time of this review when I was a ATF member

Fantastic experience: Great club from what i have seen, vibrant color scheme friendly looking team and alot on offer.

Negative experience: Fraudsters. Rip-off merchants. Google 'anytime fitness reviews' before you think of joining. They all tell the same story of having money taken from their bank account without permission.
