Fantastic experience: Since it’s open 24 hours, the biggest advantage is being able to work out freely according to my work schedule or lifestyle. It’s really helpful to be able to train late at night or early in the morning when the day is busy. The equipment is modern and kept clean, and there’s a wide variety of weight machines. The staff are friendly and provide helpful guidance, even for first-timers.

Fantastic experience: Dropped in on Saturday while visiting relatives, and Jayden was super helpful, setting me up with gym access in just five minutes over the phone. the gym has all the equipment you need, plus a spacious area for classes. It's easy to access, right on the main shopping strip. I'll definitely use this gym again when I’m back in Stawell. Thanks, Jayden!

Fantastic experience: I dropped in for a casual visit on Saturday while in town visiting relatives, and Jayden was incredibly friendly and helpful. He got me set up with gym access in just a quick, five-minute phone call! The gym has everything you could need—plenty of weights, cardio machines, and a large room for HIIT and movement classes if that’s your thing. It’s also super convenient to get to, right along the main shopping strip. I’ll definitely be using this gym again on my next visit to Stawell. Thanks again!

Fantastic experience: Came in for a casual visit on saturday while visiting relatives, and jayden was super friendly and helpful in getting me set up with gym access with an easy, quick 5 min phone call! Was only $10 so very affordable Gym has all the equipemnt youd need- plenty of weights, cardio machines and also a bigger room for HIIT and movement classes if that's what you're after. Also super easy to access because its just along the main shopping strip. Will definitely be using this gym when i come back to stawell during my next visit. Thankyou again!

Fantastic experience: Jayden and Jessie have been fantastic at organising gym access for me when I travel to Stawell for work. $35 for a week’s pass is great value. The gym is well maintained, members are friendly and generally make an effort to return equipment. I’ll happily return to workout whenever I’m in town.

Fantastic experience: I came down to Stawell from Adelaide for a day and messaged the team at Stawell Fitness and they were so quick and helpful! They sent someone down to open up the door for me when they weren't even staffed that day! The facility was awesome and had everything I needed (plus little extras like resistance bands)! Was the perfect place to go when I needed to smash a workout on my travels!
