Fantastic experience: I travel around Australia for work so I joined AF to use their gyms wherever I’m working at. I find that all AF gyms have the same high standard but I do love coming home to my AF gym in Cornubia. The gym has everything you need with machines, free weights and a great cardio setup, The gym members had a vast range of ages and sizes but the best thing is no one is judgemental, everyone there just doing there thing making it happen. I would also like to mention the staff on a positive note, it’s nice to be acknowledged when entering and leaving the gym especially when they know your name also great interaction, help and advise. Well done guys

Positive experience: Nice clean gym. On the small side. But comfortable space for beginners or anyone just needing to fit in some sort of daily fitness.

Negative experience: Not 1 changing room. But 4 bathrooms of which 2 were available and they were smaller than my closet at home.. granted I have a walk in closet.. but still.. also no seats at the entryway.. not 1 seat anywhere.. nowhere put my shoes n Sox's on, no where to mix my drink (Powerade powder) Oh and the fans kept turning off.. Seems cluttered, would hate to go there when it's busy.. FYI the best anytime fitness gym I've been to at this stage is the logan one.. worst is Sunnybank.. so congested it's a joke..

Negative experience: I sent this email 11 days ago, and yet to even receive an acknowledgement: Ray H Thu, Aug 13, 5:42 PM (11 days ago) to cornubia Hey Mate, I would appreciate a refund of the last 2.5 months worth of debits I was not aware of. My communication has been little with you, however earlier in the year I asked for a suspension on membership due to covid and work related issues due to covid. You never replied, however proceeded to suspend my membership (which I appreciate) however I recently noticed it was reactivated with no notice to me. Just a generic email early june stating the gym was open at specific hours (which I felt had no bearing on me). Admittedly you did call me at 1 point and acknowledged my suspension verbally, you agreed to call me back the next day when I wasn't so busy, however you never did? I find this highly sneaky and deceptive, which is expected of gyms I suppose, but having met you several times, and knowing you would have made the decision to reinstate my suspension personally, I was a little surprised I must admit. As my initial email suggested, my work has been extremely impacted by covid, I am expected to do more hours for free and unable to make my extra income via coaching - as I am sure you can relate. On top of this, despite what gym owners may think, I don't feel a gym is a safe or necessary environment and don't feel comfortable using a gym at the moment given the current pandemic. I would like to see my gym contract please if you believe I signed anything that negates a global pandemic? If I could request communication via email rather than calls given the context of our previous communications or lack thereof. I quick outcome would suit me best, which ideally is an immediate refund and cancelation of my membership due to the above mentioned and subsequent trust with yourself and your brand. If you are not able to swiftly provide this outcome, can you please provide the franchise complaints email or escalations contact to best assist. Ray H

Fantastic experience: Spacious inside, several car parking bays, entry hidden behind the bushes just before the residential gated community check point.. Bathrooms were great, they even offer male & female anti-perspirants for use. Well done :) AAA+++

Negative experience: Good luck canceling your membership when you’re out of the contract. They say they’ve cancelled it but never do. 2 months after I “cancelled” still paying for it. Your word against theirs in the end apparently....

Negative experience: I cancelled my contract 4-5 months ago over the phone with Michael, and even after paying my contract out they keep charging me dishonor fees and everytime I call, Michael tells me the same thing each time "It looks like someone didn't put this through correctly" and ive had to make this exact same call every single month now with the same response and him telling me my contract is still going and they expect me to pay... may be a good gym, but goodluck cancelling ur membership if u need to because the service for leaving is frustrating to say the least.
