Fantastic experience: I have come to Mandurah for work for a few weeks and was on the hunt for a gym, so glad I came across Bodyapeel! It is such a well equipped gym with everything you need and more. Even some machines I haven't seen before. The staff are super welcoming and the gym has a great atmosphere! If I lived in the area I would definitely become a member! Thanks for a great experience
Fantastic experience: Been going to Bodyapeel for almost a year now and by far the best gym I’ve been to! Best variety of equipment and such lovely staff who are always happy to greet you and have a chat. Couldn’t recommend this gym enough! :)
Negative experience: So so sad to see this “family” run company treat a customer so poorly. Do not recommend.
Negative experience: Absolutely disgusted in the lack of service and overall morals, was going here, had a personal trainer then my life crashed and had to pack my life and 10 month old daughter up to move to the other side of the country to care for my terminally ill mother. Even tho they are more then capable in cancelling my membership out of good faith and morals or just simply understanding my situation, they are refusing too. Still happily charging me. Putting me in arrears every fortnight because I am living off savings! DISGUSTING PEOPLE!
Fantastic experience: i love this gym. it’s open 24/7 so you can come whenever you’re free and the people who go here are friendly and encouraging. the managers are lovely and the gym is very clean and there’s a million different machines for u to use.

Fantastic experience: I moved to BodyAPeel when my old gym closed. I was made feel very welcome by the staff. I'm now on my second yearly membership. I love the fact that there are people of all ages, sizes, abilities and genders. There are a lot of different types of equipment, weights and cardio machinese. I also love that BodyAPeel is 24 hour. I am fitter and stronger than before. Recommend BodyAPeel highly.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Boadyapeel for 1.5 years and in that time the staff have always been friendly, facilities clean and in working order. The atmosphere is always welcoming and other members are always really friendly. I especially like all the new equipment. Even during peak times of the day I rarely find myself waiting for equipment, or there is always an alternative available.

Positive experience: Generally a good gym but music set way to loud. Hard to have a normal conversation with other patrons as its so loud
Fantastic experience: Great Customer Service. Staff is always keen to help if you require it, however will give you the space when all you want is workout. Multiple options for Personal training and group classes. One of the main selling points - 24 hour access, love it!
Negative experience: Signed up for a 3 month membership. Was charged for an additional 6+ months because a 3 month membership is recurring? Dodgy.

In your case we did send you your Membership Contract that you signed in 2 places, which does state in multiple places in bold writing that it is a 3 Month Recurring Membership. (Recurring memberships were brought in at the request of members like yourself) Nothing has been hidden, our membership forms are very clear. As you have seen your membership contract that you filled in that states you were signing up for a recurring membership, we are a little bit confused by the plausibility of your review! NOTE: The reason we have recurring memberships and not just a “3 Month Membership” is because this was requested from clients just like you, so that if they wanted to do 4 months they don’t continuously have to sign up for another 3 months, every 3 months!
