Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to Limitless for 5 months now and I cannot recommend it enough. At nearly 40 & having never been a gym goer I was apprehensive & nervous to join. From the very first interaction with Luke and Kat I felt immediately at ease and welcome - I feel so comfortable in the space! I am doing things I never thought possible and seeing results physically and mentally. My posture is changing for the better, my sleep has improved and I’m all round feeling healthier and happier. I cannot speak more highly of Luke & Kat (and Atlas) at Limitless and recommend joining to anyone looking for an inclusive, professional and all round great fun gym.

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t recommend LPC enough! I’ve joined a few different gyms in the past, but never felt like I was gaining anything I couldn’t achieve with a Youtube video and a set of my own dumbbells. AT LPC I get to be part of a group session where I have my own personalised program and a coach who makes sure I’m continuously seeing results and not sustaining an injury. Kat and Luke are both super friendly, they care about every single one of their members and celebrate all of your achievements with you! Since being there, I’ve become confident using gym equipment I never would have touched previously, and I’ve discovered I actually enjoy lifting heavy things – something I never thought I’d say!

Fantastic experience: LPC is an amazing gym, with coaches like luke who push you full force towards your goals. No matter where you are your always supported. From my time at LPC, I have improved tremendously in both my rowing career and overall strength, leading me to take on experiences I thought would never happen. And atlas the gym dog is an amazing plus too. No matter where I am I would always recommend this gym.

Fantastic experience: I’ve only been going here for a month but I already love it! All the people there are so kind and welcoming and I’m already seeing improvements in my technique and strength, all thanks to my amazing coaches who help me learn how to do so many new exercises and help push myself to the best of my ability. It’s clear everyone there really cares about the athlete and it always puts a smile on my face and feels like a family.

Fantastic experience: Kat and Luke have built the most comfortable and welcoming gym space I’ve ever trained at, so much so that I travel 30 mins to train here after having moved away from the area. I’ve been strength training on and off for 9 years and they have incredible technical knowledge complimented by a fun and patient approach. The community is the best, we’re a motivating bunch that aren’t afraid to be vulnerable with one another. I recommend LPC to anyone wanting an educated and understanding approach to your health and fitness goals.

Negative experience: Don’t do it. I feel So stupid and foolish for falling for the great marketing and reviews and Facebook ads only to realise that it wasn’t at all what it seemed. I joined mostly for accountability which I was told was amazing and I would get so much support so you can imagine my surprise when my amazing support was a weekly email. A very useless means of communication. Once u answer the questions they change your meal plan. And they give you an exercise plan. All stuff I could have found on the internet. Bottom line is you would gain a lot more from a personal trainer for the same amount of money that will actually communicate with you in person, weigh you, fix ur meal plan and encourage you. The terms and conditions are so binding that unless you pass away are pretty much locked in for 3 months of emails that u are paying a lot of money for regardless if u see results or not. Really really! I’m not having a whinge just warning you that I have a lot experience in this industry and this is business that wants quick Money and doesn’t seem to really care about their client satisfaction. I’m too scared to write up the ridiculous fee they charge for this service incase it’s in the T&Cs and I’m breaking some law. Also may I suggest an app or a phone call as a more current form or communication x

Fantastic experience: The past 30 months or so have seen five invasive open surgeries to saw through nine broken, shattered or crushed bones in the spine, and both shoulders, throw them away, and replace everything with titanium. Luke has been there from the outset. At every level, every depth, managing my physical frustration and impatience to get my form back, and the mental anguish of having reach inside looking for the strength to go through it again everytime I was carved open. He is now rebuilding me for the fourth time. I won't go to anyone else. I don't know how demonstrate how grateful I am to him, other than to express it here.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend LPC to all as Luke and Kat the coaches have a great knowledge of the gym. Luke has helped me a lot in the gym and helping me improve my strength for rowing specifically. Luke has tailored the program to me to help with my competitions. I have gotten a lot stronger and fitter since joining LPC. All the members of the gym are really friendly and supportive.

The small group training format where you still have your own tailored program based on your individual goals is really good value for money. I’ve seen far better results and have trained more consistently at LPC than I have with any other gym.

I've been having periodic PT sessions with Kat the entire time, she's been a brilliant guide through my training and proactively adapts my program to my fifo lifestyle and fitness progress. 10/10 would advise.

Luke is the first PT to actually listen and readjust workouts without making me feel like a burden. His extensive knowledge & kindness has finally put me on a motivational journey to take care of my health. As a curvy woman, it’s so important to me to be surrounded by confident building words. The Team at limitless execute this by using words like strong, changing shape and set realistic goals & give food advice that isn’t focused on loosing weight fast but rather balance and positivity. The space is open, clean, functional and not over the top. I’m so grateful to both Luke & Kat for their passion and dedication for a highly evolved gym. To feel apart of this community without judgment is priceless. If I could give more than 5 starts, I would! Xx

Fantastic experience: I am so lucky to have found this gym! 24/7 access works perfectly and I'm loving the small group training, which is not just generic workouts (it's not a one-size-fits-all approach) but a custom workout tailored to your own needs and goals, which are worked out during the intro 'Kickstart' 1:1 sessions. Kat and Luke are wonderful trainers, they support you both inside and outside the gym, they ensure that you're working towards an achievable goal and manage any changes along the way. They genuinely care about their members and clearly love what they do. I arrived at the gym with an acute injury, and this has been carefully programmed into my plan as well as working on strengthening the joint alongside advice from my physio. I've had mobility programmed into each training plan so far which is not something I've experienced at other gyms. Thank you, Kat & Luke, for creating a fun and safe environment for us to work out in, as well as nurturing a great community!

Fantastic experience: I love this gym! Luke and Kat are genuinely dedicated to supporting the gym members in achieving their fitness goals. Luke is a very knowledgeable personal trainer and takes a truly individual approach when designing training sessions for every gym member. I also love that the gym faces a quieter part of West End. Waking up early is made easy with brand new (and well maintained) equipment, an attentive layout and extremely knowledgeable staff. Luke and his team are incredibly focused and capable which creates a space where I am comfortable and confident in. From strength training to injury prevention, movement & mobility - they do it all. The coaches lead by example and focus on educating you and giving you the tools you need to succeed in reaching your goals. I cannot recommend this gym highly enough!

Fantastic experience: Top of the line equipment in a premium facility - these guys haven't left any stone unturned when it comes to accessibility for every fitness or strength level, age or experience! The staff are incredibly wealthy with knowledge and can answer any questions you may have - honestly would not choose to continue my strength journey anywhere else.
