Fantastic experience: Awesome facility, clean, easy access, great variety of machines, good atmosphere, well-maintained machines, large venue. The toilets are clean, there's a baby change table, hand dryers, a small creche area, great water fountain. The cardio area is great , especially with multiple stair masters, and treadmills. I highly recommend training here and the owner is an absolute legend, he's very friendly. I enjoyed my session and pumping iron Thanks again! Much appreciated

Whether it’s for the boxing and CrossFit classes or the strong room, the knowledgeable staff will support you in achieving your fitness goals! The variety of workout equipment is second to none in the Riverland, with easy to follow instructions as well. The plethora of knowledge and experience both Chris and Abbey have is truly insightful to properly understanding how your body loses fat and gains muscle. I am grateful for their constant support and motivation for my own fitness journey <3

The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and the carers that take care of our bubs in the 9:30am classes are so nurturing and kind. Best decision I ever made was joining!

Fantastic experience: After a lengthy absence from training, the decision to become a 24/7 member 7 months ago at Riverland Fitness Centre, has proven to be a great one! The Coaches were encouraging and welcoming when I started out and continue to provide support with my goals. The Centre itself is spacious, well equipped and motivating. The events and promotions provide a sense of community connection where new and existing members can benefit and get involved. A great place to get the results you want!!

Fantastic experience: Best fitness facility in the Riverland. Very open space with plenty of equipment (barbells, machines, crossfit stuff). Very good for free weights strength training in my experience. 24/7 access and crossfit classes are also available.

Negative experience: The gym itself looks amazing, although we got refused the access because "we are backpackers". That's pure discrimination over nothing, no explanations given. Such a pity and that's your loss, small minded people never do well in society and hope maybe one day you realize that !

Fantastic experience: I heard about this gym from a colleague, went for a few drop in classes to try it out (this was my first time trying CrossFit) and I ended up buying a membership! I was welcomed with smiles, support, enthusiasm and an over all family hospitality. The coaches are knowledgeable and well trained. Always ensuing you are in correct form and using appropriate weights. Chris is a great coach, and the owner. He encourages everyone to participate in competitions and to perform to your best capabilities! I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a fun and effective workout!
