Fantastic experience: Good equipment, great Trainer.

Negative experience: I took membership in this place in September, asking about how to get back the 50 dollars for the card deposit. When I came back today, 4 months later; the lady told me that I can’t get a refund for this because it’s been too long (I advised that you tell this when your customer purchased the card : no one told me about a delay). Then she told me the card was too damaged (it was like this after one week use : quality of the card is just not so good like other gym I have gone so obviously the damaged happen fast). Really disappointed to drive all the way from Byron bay 45mn drive to get not little customer service. I’ve been managing a restaurant, never acted like this with my customer. Wouldn’t recommend this place for the customer service. Apart this, equipments are great, people that come to work out aswell :)

Negative experience: No body at front desk and nobody answering the phone at the time

Positive experience: All was good, but the bathrooms idk if someone was just messy or if they are usually like that…

Negative experience: The shower room here is very dirty and unsanitary. It is seriously dangerous to go there barefoot and you may get athlete's foot. Please do not take a shower here.

Positive experience: Snap Fitness in Tweed Heads Mall is your gym option in the area. It's conveniently located near the hotels and the beach, plus you can grab groceries right after your workout. The place is kept pretty tidy, with a mix of old-school equipment and some cool new stuff like the booty builder machine and kick back machine. There's no shortage of cardio options, and I really appreciate how they keep the weight racks organized. And let's not forget about Daniel—he's always there to lend a hand with a friendly smile! Just remember to bring your own towel, or you'll end up paying a premium. But hey, there's a Target nearby if you need a cheaper option.

Positive experience: When Richard worked here I rated it a 5/5 just due to his welcoming nature and also the gym was always in a better condition. I’ve noticed since Richard has left, the gym is dirtier (showers will have rubbish in them for a whole week), bathroom/showers usually have no soap, and usually there’s never toilet paper on a Monday and other Snaps I’ve been to (in busier suburbs) usually always have all these things. Equipment wise, it has everything you need and it’s spacious enough. I’d be willing to adjust my review if the conditions improved.

Fantastic experience: Management is very hospitable and also is someone who will do what is best for the customer. However he doesn't tolerate nonsense. So don't waste his time. I'd go back there anytime.

Fantastic experience: This Gym is in a very convenient location with ample parking nearby. There is a good variety of equipment which is well maintained. The facilities are clean and the staff are friendly and helpful, providing good customer service.

Negative experience: Facilities are great & convenient... The only down side is the personal trainer that signed me up... All hunky dory at the beginning and now a few weeks on and I do not even merit a "how are you" or a "see you later" as he walks right past me... Extremely unprofessional. I sincerely hope management sees this.

Friendly advice for use of all equipment. Change rooms with lockers and clean , great showers. Good work out with the benefits of a shower to freshen up

Fantastic experience: Good choice of music if you are older. Most of the kids have their headphones anyway. 60’s to 90’s music. I find that there is an older crowd in the mornings & on the weekends. I like this gym.

Positive experience: 24/7 gym, showers , full equipment if you want a PT you can ask on reception.
