Fantastic experience: I recently joined My son up to the Gym to get fit for footy season and was struggling with the sign up process, I called the gym and got in touch with the owner Paul, he was so helpful and met with me and my son to finalise everything and gave him a tour. I have been really impressed with the staff, the cleanliness and my son loves going. Looking to sing up the rest of my family this year. If you are looking for a gym I could not recommend AF Avalon more highly.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member for over 10 years and absolutely love the care, knowledge and expertise shown by Paul the owner and this flows through the rest of his team. The gym is always clean, functional and equipment is great order. A great variety of classes and a great community!! Highly recommend !!

Fantastic experience: As a more recent gym member to the Anytime Fitness franchise I wasn’t sure if it was for me, I’m not much of a gym go’er but after speaking to owner Paul, he reassured me that at Anytime you can be yourself and train how you want, and best of all when you want if that meant steering clear of crowds. Thanks Paul, I’m now 4 months in and never been fitter!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love Anytime Fitness in Avalon. Having been a member for over a year and seeing the transition from the old to new gym I’m happy to say that both were great but we all absolutely love the ‘new’ space with the extra machines. The community is very welcoming and if you’re hesitant about joining a gym there is nothing to fear at AF Avalon. The facilities are clean and orderly with plenty of space for each person. I’ve noticed that gym members are very respectful of time and machines and don’t ‘hog’ nor ask you to move on. It really is a safe space to work on your fitness.

The staff are incredibly friendly and make you feel so welcome even if you're only visiting for a week or so. We love using AF Avalon and look forward to seeing them again next time we are in the Northern Beaches. Thanks for always making us feel so at home!

I have met life long friends but most of all had support when doing the AF challengers and PT when I need it with injuries or post pregnancy complaints. Plus it’s such an affordable gym with great equipment and vibe. Paul and his team are very welcoming!!
