Fantastic experience: Fitstop Cornubia has completely changed my attitude towards fitness and working out. Best decision I ever made was walking into that class! The trainers are great and it is such a welcoming community environment. Can get rid of me now :)

Fantastic experience: Such an amazing crew here! Always made to feel part of the family, regardless of your age or fitness level. I had been training for a few years before starting at Fitstop Cornubia but had plateaued and wasn't furthering with my goals or noticing any changes. But when I started here, that finally started changing and I think it's due to a combination of factors, including the mix of workouts, the focus on the intention of specific movements, being assisted with correct form and technique and also the sheer support and comradery from everyone there - trainers and gym goers! Smash out a PB and everyone there is cheering you on! A super supportive, positive, safe and inclusive place to be and the trainers are amazing!

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Fitstop Cornubia since December 2022. It is a really welcoming place run by the most beautiful people (both inside and out). It’s a great place because there are elite and very fit members who can do amazing things, but there is also a non judgemental vibe, making it a safe space for beginners and the elite alike. If you are looking for a gym, just go for it and give this place a go.

I have trained at a few different locations, and after having 5.5 months off - I decided to give Cornubia a go (with the help of current members - forever grateful!) by far the most approachable, accepting, judgment free zone and so incredibly encouraging! Everyone is kind and caring whilst motivating you and ensuring you are staying accountable. I recently had a shoulder injury and the trainers went above and beyond to make sure I could access the exercises in a safe way while still being pushed. It may be “group” fitness but there is no doubt they support each and every member individually. Thanks team!

Negative experience: Today I received junk mail from Fitstop, despite my very prominent "No Junk Mail" sign only millimeters from the slot on my letterbox. I consider this a massive breach of trust. I would never do business with anybody who so blatantly disregards their prospective client's wishes.
