Fantastic experience: Did a session with my mate the other day and we were both pleasantly surprised by the level of service and cleaning demonstrated by the staff member Stu. The gym looked neat and tidy, smelt fresh for a change. Great work!

Fantastic experience: The casual worker with the sleeve tattoo was very welcoming, believe he went by Stu or Steve. Probably the first worker to actually clean and organise the gym. Very inviting person. The gym has improved slightly, still very basic but at an affordable price.

Negative experience: Poorly maintained facilities. Broken down equipment left in a state of disrepair for weeks, broken and dirty toilets, showers with poor water pressure and amount of heat, etc. Go somewhere else where everything is not done on the cheap. ADDENDUM I reported these issues several times. When I saw nothing was being done, I sought to be released from my locked in, yearly contract on the basis that standards had slipped since I had joined. But that request was refused. A complete lack of accountability and care towards customers.

Negative experience: Poor customer service. Members always bring people in with them. One time I saw a boy let about 15 people in and they started playing all around the gym. It has a pretty big space but there’s not enough machines. Only one cable machine and there’s always people using it. When the cable machine is free there’s an 80% chance that it’s broken and it’s need fixing. Some members walk around shirtless which is uncomfortable for some people to work out. Staff barely there. Honestly 1 start is too much.

Negative experience: Gym has been closed for last 4 weeks inspite of telling 24/7. Worst part is customer has been still charged as direct debit of having gym closed.

Negative experience: They have really sit service. It’s been almost 5 weeks and they are not trying fix their cctv camera. They have good excuse that gym is closed due to cctv problems. Then who’s gonna fix that why are you not canceling our member ship without any chargers. We jointed this gym because of 24/7 but it’s not anymore.

Negative experience: I agree with previous reviews i.e., gym is filthy, poorly maintained equipment, staff don't follow up with customers not putting their plates away. Gym has been inaccessible for days due to an issue with cctv. There has been no information provided to customers as to when it will be open. Meanwhile fees continue to be debited.

Negative experience: quite dirty and limited equipment. They’re never staffed either so no help available. Cancelled my membership 4 months ago and they’re still taking money from me and i can not get in contact with them. Their customer service is atrocious lol

Positive experience: Great gym, Its not huge but its a nice size and is spacious. This gym is always clean and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Price is cheaper then most other gyms and there is plenty of equipment to use. There are showers and restrooms for the members so you can have a quick gym session before work or whatever. This gym is great I do recommend it, and if you want to join up check out there promotions there a usually great.
