Negative experience: I have been increasingly dissatisfied with the experience at this facility for several reasons. Lack of Communication when classes are cancelled. Instructors do not turn up when there is a room full of members waiting. Lack of consideration to paying members when they express concerns. Removal of classes are constant. No one appears to be working during staffed hours. One of the worst Gym experiences. I have raised these concerns as a consumer issue given that you pay for a membership with inclusions and these are either taken away or not upheld.

Fantastic experience: Honestly one of best equipped gyms I’ve been to, but the best thing is the area size. It’s in a large warehouse style building and there’s plenty of duplicate equipment and space between. It doesn’t feel too crowded even during peak hours. Friendly atmosphere for all levels of people, not too hardcore like some other gyms around. Pricing is reasonable and they even offer month to month if u need ( unlike a lot of botique gyms that charge twice the price ). Additionally, there are 5 power rack Olympic lifting floors in an out of the way corner. Great !

Fantastic experience: Have been a member here for yonks and all I can say is that the facilities are top notch, Marcus and the team will go above and beyond for you to reach your health goals. In my opinion there is nowhere locally that comes close in comparison across all aspects considered when looking for somewhere to train.

Fantastic experience: Great machines and equipment, I've been going to this gym for almost 2 years and loved it, I've hit PB's on all my lifts multiple times since training at Breathe. It's now time for me to have change, but this is a top quality gym, I'd highly recommend.

Negative experience: As a few others have mentioned. This gym are a bunch of money hungry scammers Signed up and within 24 hours I cancelled the contract I was charged a $75 a cancellation fee “administrative costs” not sure what administrative costs could have occurred within 24 hours Wasn’t told when the direct debit for the cancellation fee would occur and was then charged an additional $20 for dishonour fees When I tried to discuss with the gym they blocked my number .. so unprofessional Sign up elsewhere don’t support this business No wonder the north lakes gym went broke if this is how they treat their customers

Fantastic experience: In my 30 years of gym memberships, this has to be the best gym ive joined. Been a member since opening day. Travel a lot for work working out at diffetent gyms national and international. Still look forward to getting back to Breathe Morayfield staff are friendly and engaging- always good to see Kalka motivating and inspiring too. Mauri Ora

Fantastic experience: Perfect all rounder gym. From Lesmills classes and machines to 60kg DBs and lifting platforms, this gym has all you need for a good workout. Floor layout is where they shine. No dodging and weiving to get to the machine you want. Would recommend.

Negative experience: Signed up and than had a change of mind with gyms. Second day I tried to cancel membership they said I had to pay a fee of 70 and also I had to pay 1 months membership do not recommend.

Negative experience: Worse gym ever. They are all about money and won’t hesitate to sell classes they don’t even do. Terrible customer service and environment. Stay away from it! They bankrupt once and they will bankrupt again, just a matter of time.

Fantastic experience: Haven't been to a gym in a long time and after doing a lot of research I decided to go visit Breathe. I signed up on the spot. The staff are super friendly and my PT is amazing. Other gyms I've been to in the past I've felt very uncomfortable working out around the guys, but here I don't feel that way. Hands down would recommend this gym to everyone I talk to.

Negative experience: After emails explaining my health conditions and technicalities on what was offered when I first signed up. (False advertisement) I had got offered 6 weeks hold on membership then they cut it back to 4 weeks. Now I am getting threatened with debt collectors even though the know of my health conditions and financial hardships. I have all emails and proof don't bother with these people. They have no care or compassion, they will gaslight, berate and bully you and add more stress to your health. I have seeked advice I encourage others to do so in similar circumstances to me. Firstly the reception called me first after being told not to harrass me in the past as I'm unwell. So debit success have been sending messages. I have countless times explained that I am no longer in the state, so finding someone to take over the membership isnt an option. My tag/key pass has been at reception for months as I have no interest in the place and haven't been well. I didn't mention the word legal in this review all I said was advice. Not going to be threatened or intimidated by you. See you in court if need be. Kind regards

Negative experience: still don’t understand how this gym is still in business they are a bunch of scammers. and steal money. I tried cancelling multiple times at the north lakes gym, and was told on multiple occasions that they had cancelled it. but still got charged multiple times. money that i never saw again. the only way i eventually got around to cancelling, was going to my bank and getting them to block their account since my membership contract had already ended and wasn’t even using the gym for months. don’t even bother trying to complain to them about it cause they will just deny all of it and put the blame on you. this all happened when my “contract” had supposedly ended. i paid my 12 months plus i paid an extra 7 months which i never signed up for, nor did i set foot in that gym for the 7 months they were charging me without respecting my wishes to cancel. they even had the audacity to send debt collectors after me for the money that they imagined that i owed, however i didn’t owe any money because my membership contract finished months before blocking them by my bank. i don’t ever take time out of my day to write bad reviews on businesses cause i understand people make mistakes but this is just pure greed and selfishness on their part.

Negative experience: Canceled my membership and have been charged 19.95 twice in the same week what a joke and it all has to be done via email like wow just a joke of a gym and the PT trainers bug you so you sign up to them

Positive experience: Was going to give 5 but I’ve never in my 33 years been in a gym before it’s always had a sort of stigma around it for me, but I went today with some friends and immediately I felt welcome and enjoyed my time the people and the session I’ll be signing up tomorrow to go again

Positive experience: Not for me. The aesthetics are dark and the classes I thought I was signing on for were apparently for a different branch, not Morayfield. Not their fault, not mine either as there were some ambiguities on the website before the official opening. The 12 month contract is non-negotiable and I'm left with a disappointing experience, paying for a gym I'm not interested in attending as I only wanted the group fitness classes. As all Google Reviews are about consumer experience, I've honestly rated mine. That said, this gym is popular with many people. The equipment is good, the staff are friendly and the group fitness class timetable accurately reflects what's on offer for Morayfield (very different from the timetable I was looking at). Members know what to expect and what they are signing on for. It is unfortunate that it didn't happen this way for me.

Fantastic experience: Breathe Morayfield has been awesome for me. Shout out to Kohin (one of the PTs) - he’s exceptional! Extremely knowledgeable, very assertive, always happy to help and so supportive!!! The gym is very welcoming, has a great range of equipment and classes for all types. Very friendly team who is very approachable and hands down the best creche! Would highly recommend!
