Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms I’ve ever been too!! Seriously so nice and always feel so comfortable in the gym (never intimidating like some gyms). Amazing teachers at the creche that really care about the kids. They offer such a good variety of classes that are fun while working out!! Definitely recommend signing up

Fantastic experience: I’m someone that is very awkward around people and has social aniexty , but this gym definitely has a comfortable environment for me to step out of my comfort zone and give things a try. It’s the first gym I’ve ever been to in my life and it’s great. Most the women here are busy Mums & some are even Grandmas!! Non judgemental and such a fun environment. It’s a very women lifting women type of gym. Everyone helps guide you, helps set up the weights and shows you where to start and what to do when attending your very first class so you don’t feel awkward. Membership is cheap and affordable, I pay $43 a fornight and do at least 3-4 classes a week.(Pilates, CrossFit, kangoo, ABT, YOGA , PUMP & many more for you to chose from & try ) as well as have access to the gym. All the trainers are so lovely & bubbly and really push you to be the best version of yourself. Paula the owner is a terminator!! Mother of 2 under 6 , never stops the workout in her class, push’s you , all while speaking in a microphone with encouragement and guidance - she really motivates you which is why your at the gym! To feel good and get healthy! If your thinking about joining this gym definitely do it!

Positive experience: I had booked in for power yoga and I must say I didn’t really enjoy it. I among the other students was getting confused of which leg to use in the postures as the cues were not quite clear. My first experience was with a cover up teacher, the second was with the regular yoga teacher there. The experience was much better but the class was very structured and no alternative options given.

We can see you booked casually via classpass and this is why we wanted to let you know the class you participated in today was not the usual POWER YOGA teacher Alex Midas. She is truly amazing and you must come back to try her class when the holiday schedule resumes to normal next week. We have tried our best to find yoga teachers during the holiday season so please let us know when you are available to join us for a free class on us when our teacher Alex is back. I promise you that you will absolutely love it
Fantastic experience: Vicki was fantastic. I was instructed how to use weights and to establish the correct technique. As a result my strength and posture has improved. I highly recommend a personal program with your own Personal trainer.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym! The variety of different classes keeps me motivated and each class caters to all different fitness levels! The creche is also amazing (very clean) - my 2 kids love going. Thank you Paula and team for allowing me to feel myself again postpartum and for the positive vibes ALWAYS!

Fantastic experience: I love training at Xclusive female fitness! It has all the equipment you need, the classes are great and plenty of flexible times available. It’s very affordable and the ladies at the crèche are wonderful!! It’s a warm, inviting community! I love it.

Negative experience: Horrible customer service, a mistake happened from their staff and the owner herself wasn’t helpful or responsive, questions where not answered and talking to their customer as if I’m dumb while refusing to listen and cooperate
Hi Zeinab, this is complety misleading and you know very well the information in your review is far from the truth. I was on the phone to you for almost 30mins and not only answered your question but I agreed to waiver the cancellation fee that applies on your minimum term direct debit membership you signed up with us. I also explained we had waived the suspension fee that applies due to your unfortunate circumstances back in March when my receptionist placed your membership on hold for a month. Furthermore, I explained all we need from you is an email with the details from your GP in order for us to action your request but unfortunately you weren't listening, just wanted an answer right away with out providing us with the information we need. I can not provide you with an answer until I receive your email with the documentation from GP but that was not good enough for you. Hopefully I receive your email soon so I am able to action your request, in the meantime I have placed a one week grace period on your membership as discussed and confirmed this via email to you while we await your response. All the best with your health and fitness till then
Fantastic experience: From the warm staff, to the creche and great teachers and classes, I've been so glad I chose Xclusive Female fitness club. I particularly love Alex's Japanese yoga classes. I feel stronger, more energised and toned since doing these classes.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of Xclusive Female Fitness Club for about 18 months now and it is by far my favourite gym! One of the distinguishing features for me personally is the incredibly positive and non-judgemental atmosphere created by both staff and other members. XFFC staff are warm, welcoming, and approachable—always happy to help you out with any queries or if you want to know how a particular machine/exercise/class works. The club itself has great facilities and a diverse member community of all ages and abilities. There’s a variety of exercise machines, free weights, and classes (both online and in-person) available depending on how you prefer to exercise and your mobility. I highly recommend XFFC!

Fantastic experience: First gym I have ever joined and I am so glad i did!!! Paula and her team welcome everyone with such positive encouragement and will make you feel so comfortable just by a simple hello. They offer a great range of classes and a variety of equipment so whatever you are looking for, Xclusive female fitness will have it!! The child Creche makes it so easy and definitely puts my mind at easy knowing our little one is close by, while I'm in a class. Didn't think I'd say this about a gym, but I do look forward to going and miss it when I don't... Thank you ladies for loving what you do! It shows

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Xclusive fitness gym for over 5 years now, I absolutely love it! Best classes, best equipment and best management. Every one that goes there are all so easy to talk to and friendly, now that I have a little bub I can use the baby minding service and still keep fit.

Fantastic experience: Been going to this gym for almost 6 months now. The morning gym classes I go to are SO fun the instructors are so lovely and motivating I cant imagine training somewhere else! Its an awesome community! highly reccomend!!!!!

Fantastic experience: This gym suits all ages. As an 'older' woman, the high intensity classes no longer suit me. But I can do Pilates & Japanese Yoga (with excellent instructors) with choices of classes on many days per week, and also do a strength and cardio workout in the gym room at my own pace - plenty of choices - it's a '1 stop shop'! No need to pay high prices for specific Pilates & Yoga classes elsewhere. Paula and the team are alway helpful and keen to get feedback.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym during COVID Alex’s online Japanese Yoga teaching really got me through the tough times. Finding and practise Japanese yoga is a way of life I will be so forever grateful for learning and Alex Midas is truly a gifted teacher ♀️❤️

Fantastic experience: Hands down ,the best gym I’ve ever been to and I’ll never change!! The gym environment is wonderful, I feel so comfortable and the staff and members are all really friendly. The classes are at decent times and the Instructors are guaranteed to give you a workout of your life! I do personal training with Paula every morning now for the past year and it’s the best decision I’ve made :)

Negative experience: **Watch out your account, I lost at least $4,000 for them*** Please watch out your account ladies. I have been charged for 7 years without noticing it. My statement did not show charge by fitness. Name they use is "Edebit" which I didn't realize it's direct debit company. I was asking reception lady for cancel it since 2014 but reception was putting my membership on hold for a few month they they start to direct debit again without asking. They can say anything for excuses it's been 7 years but one thing for sure I have not been to there for 7 years because I always believe it had been cancelled. They refuse to refund me. I may be silly not to check but I just hope no one else fall for it.
Hi Dujja, As discussed it is unfortunate that you have not utilized your membership but we can confirm you did come in and SUSPEND your membership for few months back in 2014 without cancelling. (we emailed you the signed forms with dates for your records) we also have the notes created in system regarding our conversation on that date, please have a look at it in detail you have signed the variation to place a hold and resume training after couple of months rather then cancelling out. We cannot change that you thought the ongoing gym membership debit was "bank fees" and did not question this after such a long time. As mentioned, your email address was never updated with us and the sms communication logs show that we have texted you specific messages regarding your non attendance, birthday greeting, updates etc over the years and still no correspondence in return. The debit authority form signed initially with the previous management (Bodyshape) was with eDebit this is a billing company that many businesses use not just us. Most gyms use debit companies or gym programs to charge members ongoing. THIS IS NOT A SCAM, we have never had a member let their membership go for this long without using it or calling to follow up messages or at least to enquire about the debit. We are not in business to scam people and if you speak to any of our members, they will confirm this we have never had a situation like this happen before. In the time you had your membership on hold perhaps you thought it was cancelled but you defiantly had retracted your notice one week after applying it. When members commit to a gym membership it is their responsibility to actively use the gym, update contact information as it changes and of course check their bank transactions when committing to an ongoing debit membership especially if they are not aware of the charge. The Reference #121012 is our Customer number with eDebit and if you asked your bank, they would have confirmed with you it was gym membership. Considering you have not used the gym in such a long time we have offered you free ongoing access to our unlimited online membership via our private facebook members group as long as you would like in good faith and hope that you can utilize the classes from home during the covid pandemic and beyond. If you decide that you would take this offer please contact us at the club to get you set up.
Fantastic experience: I joined this gym over a month ago and I can honestly say it is awesome! The staff are friendly, personable, and professional. The instructors for the classes are awesome and absolutely whip your butt into shape! I utilise the crèche Monday-Sat, it is amazing. The child-care-workers are absolutely lovely and so sweet to my young daughter. 5/5 stars for sure!

Negative experience: *False Advertising* They advertise a free one week trial on their website which they won’t actually provide. The receptionist was quite rude.

As we explained to you on your first FREE visit we where happy to honor the FREE 7 Day trial to any prospective clients who are interested in trialing the gym prior to joining a membership on an ongoing basis. As you could not provide us with a residential address on your pre health questionnaire and are only staying in the area whilst here from Canada as you mentioned, we made the decision to allow you to do one class FREE on Saturday and emailed further to our conversation Saturday with an additional offer to trial our club for just $30 for 30days since you are obviously looking for temporary classes. Please contact us if you wish to discuss further.

Fantastic experience: **HIGHLY RECOMMEND** A gym that actually caters and cares for you! * Utmost professional - prior to my first session, Paula spoke with the instructor regarding my injuries and they kept an eye on me. * Personal - qualified ladies in crèche helped with my separation anxiety and my (then) 3month old baby didn’t miss me once. Fantastic experience: I love this gym!I am never bored! I Iove the different personalities, age groups and fitness levels, this in itself is a testament to the business owner Paula and the incredible fitness instructors. I have lost 20 kg and I wouldn’t have done that without the help and support from the owner, instructors and personal trainers. This is more than a gym, this is a tight knit family, with some ladies having been members for well over 20 years.
We LOVE you Eva! Your an inspiration to so many women here who know your full story and we are so happy that we could help you achieve your results! You worked so hard for it and deserve to feel amazing... Its a rewarding feeling to see all your smiling faces everyday - lets hope we can continue to exercise together for another 20 years :) xo
