Fantastic experience: The best gym in Gawler by far, great range of equipment that keeps on growing and the staff make a huge effort to keep the gym clean and tidy. Awesome staff and members and everyone is very friendly.

Fantastic experience: Great new gym. We visited as a casual $10 visit and the place was clean, well laid out, not too busy and the service was prompt and professional. Great gym and with $9.90/week with no contract if i lived here I would sign up.

Fantastic experience: I first went to flex when they opened in Nuri back in 2016. Over the years I had been off and on but now with the opening of their latest gym in Gawler, I was stoked to join back up again. Loads of new and clean equipment, great atmosphere and wonderful staff. Highly recommend. Good range of products in store also.

I definitely wouldn't be without Dylan Russell's personal training, he organises me perfectly and I feel that I have progressed big time! Flex is my second home! Highly recommended!

Negative experience: I messaged this business and asked to book a time to have a look and was told anytime that it was staffed. So we headed in and when we got there the manager (?) greeted us from the office. I stated that I had contacted them earlier in the day to come and look around the gym. We were told to go and have a look and come back and we could ask any questions. She didn't even get up from her chair. Walking around the gym on our own was awkward. We thought that the gym equipment looked like great quality and when we returned we asked if there were toilet/shower facilities. Which there were. We probably would've seen them had we been shown around. We felt like being there was a bother to her so we left. We won't be joining even at the good rate that they have because we are happy to pay extra for good service.

Fantastic experience: My experience at Flex Fitness Gawler has been nothing but amazing. The gym is always so clean and so tidy, which is how you want a gym to be. The manager Jade is so nice, approachable and is always willing to help if you need. This gym is what gawler needed and I love attending to smash out my sessions.

Fantastic experience: I was worried at first about coming to the gym due to how I felt about myself. Dylan the personal trainer has helped me lose weight and make me feel comfortable in my own body again. He has been there for me through this whole journey offering amazing support and going above and beyond all expectations. I highly recommend Dylan to anyone that is wanting to better themself. Fantastic experience: From the introduction, to the sign up and support, amazing manager Jade makes the whole process super easy. Flex Fitness 24/7 communicate like you are a member (not a number) and .. there is a big difference! The club is very well organized and managed. The P.T. (Personal Trainer) Dylan has a fully qualified and underpinned understanding to guide you in your journey, no matter at what level you are. The members there are amazing, easy to get along with, as I have high functioning anxiety I find it my safe place to train. There are soo many different machines that aren't in most so called premium clubs, there is a functional training / stretching area and the best tunes (should your headset fall off while doing a PR's or worse... go flat! I Highly recommend this club!

Fantastic experience: Love training at Flex Gawler! The equipment is outstanding and always clean! The Manager Jade went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable to join a mainstream gym , she has even assisted in technique when she’s walked around! The supplements they offer are also outstanding recommend the”wired” pre work out!

Negative experience: Hi went to have a look good equipment good price but surely for unemployed people or retired they should reduce the price .Being a previous Gym owner in the uk and x bodybuilder it was the kind thing to do .Apparently here that doesn't matter.Fairness and equity doesn't exist.

Fantastic experience: Top of the range equipment that many other top $ places lack, friendly staff, SA owned and family run and only 10$ a week and I get to go to their other sites in Craigmore and Nuri.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Used to go to Nuriootpa flex fitness gym now moved over the Gawler, I like it a lot better. I have to say thanks to Dylan for helping me with a few workouts and using the proper forms and techniques. Definitely would recommend as a Personal Trainer, keep up the good work.

Fantastic experience: Awesome local gym. Heard the Nuriootpa branch was good and tried out gawler. Had a tough PT sesh with a Mr Russell, he knows his stuff, knows how to maximise output and input. He’s a great representation of the staff there. Recommend to all. Friendly and chill place

Fantastic experience: Love training at the new Flex Fitness club in Gawler. Huge and inclusive facility, very clean, the atmosphere is A1 and it has every machine you could possibly need that others around lack. Couldn’t recommend Flex enough to anyone wanting to join a local gym.

Flex Gawler is a great size and has something for everyone. The Plate Loaded Dip Machine is one of the best machines I've ever used in any gym EVER
