Fantastic experience: I have been going to F45 Blacktown for close to 3 months now and it has been a great experience!! To start with the way the workouts are designed is awesome! They are scientifically designed, fun and challenging. But that’s not the real deal! The real deal are the coaches / trainers! They are the ones who make real difference. They are very supportive , they constantly challenge and push you and all with a smile on their face and a spring in their step! The icing on the cake is the team you workout with. If you have a mob bring them along or create new ones there. Looking at people come in everyday workout till they drop dead and show up again next day without fail is enough to inspire and motivate anyone

It's in the complex next to Kings Park Tavern. There's people of all ages and all fitness levels and it's honestly the friendliest and most supportive gym I've ever been to. 11/10 recommend.

Negative experience: The coaches lack experience and fail to emphasize proper form, instead relying solely on motivation, which may increase the risk of injury. Which might not end up well for you!

Fantastic experience: F45 Blacktown is a phenomenal place to workout. Everyone is friendly and is there to get fit and healthy with no judgements. The trainers are amazing! They are dedicated, knowledgeable, and get to know you on a personal level as there are only a handful of trainers who are consistent. There is not a huge PT turnover like there is at most gyms. These trainers love what they do and are passionate about helping you become fitter and healthier. If you haven’t tried it and you’ve been thinking you might like it, give it a go- you won’t look back.

Fantastic experience: I recently attened this studio for a week while travelling from Adelaide for my son's baseball tournament, i was welcomed as if had been a memeber for ages and every trainer that i met was so friendly it made being in a studio that i didnt know a very nice experience especiallywhen i was training by myself - although it never felt like that - The other members were also very friendly and welcoming and i really enjoyed my week of training outside of my own studio and the stretching at the end of each class was an added bonus. Thank you so much for making me feel so welcome, You have a great studio with a really friendly welcoming vibe

My beautiful partner and I are looking forward to smashing out workouts and hitting some fitness goals. The trainers are knowledgeable and experienced.

Fantastic experience: F45 Blacktown is the best there is. The trainers are great and push you beyond what you thought youd be able to do. When I started a year ago at Blacktown I still had my other gym membership but that was quickly cancelled as I became addicted to the classes and to the results. I would never go back to a regular gym. The classes constantly change and the trainers at Blacktown are passionate about what they do, so you never get bored. When you join Blacktown F45 you dont join a gym, you join a community.
