Fantastic experience: Great and friendly staff who make you feel welcome and genuinely care about you and your goals. Great gym and community.
Fantastic experience: Lovely staff with warm welcoming smiles make it a pleasure to come here even before getting started on the great variety of equipment. Very clean, spacious, great water pressure in the showers. When I pass through Redbank Plains, I always stop by.
Negative experience: I have to question why gyms charge over $20 per week, when mainly I would like to train after hours (no staff). Have a system where your access only allows after hours, but your charged less.
Afternoon M H, thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately our system doesn’t currently allow for such a membership and while there are no staff the costs for equipment, rent, electricity, the amount of cleaning per member etc aren’t all charged with an off peak type arrangement and remain the same.

Fantastic experience: Have had nothing but a positive experience at Snap Fitness Redbank Plains. The staff are friendly, approachable and supportive. Skye and Kobe have been amazing and have provided me with so much guidance and have been helping me towards my fitness goals.

Fantastic experience: One of the best! Moved from NZ as a member of Snap, only to come to Redbank Plains and realise how much I was being robbed back home, jk! But honestly, friendliest staff, newer equipment, tidy and just an all round great environment! I visited the gym daily, sometimes more than once a day and regardless of who was behind the counter, it was great vibes always, on both entry and exit! So big props to the staff! You guys make Snap Redbank Plains what it is! Keep it up team!

Fantastic experience: I've been at this gym for over a year now and it's one of the very places i look forward to coming to. Every time i go, i'm greeted with bright smiles and a hello and as i leave, i get a goodbye and have a great day. The gym might not be the biggest gym in the whole world, but it's big enough to get everything done in your workouts. Has perfect and in good condition equipment and couldn't be more thankful for the positive environment inside the gym. As well, everyone is so polite, friendly and happy to assist anyone.

Positive experience: Was looking forward to going here with my son, but they wouldn't let him join until he turns 14 in 3 months. The problem is, I'll be back in the US for work then. They have a great selection of machines and free weights, which is why we were excited to join, and the only reason I'm giving them a 3 star review and not a 1 or 2 star. Their prices are reasonable as well. Unhelpful for me, but it might be a good fit for you. Very disappointed!
Hello AussieOhms, unfortunately due to insurance and policy requirement’s the minimum age allowed to join is 14 years of age. We appreciate the positive feedback on the gym even though we were unable to provide your son with a membership due to these constraints.

Fantastic experience: This gym has it all: Awesome equipment, super supportive, knowledgeable and enthusiastic staff, selectable music and more. I've been to a number of gyms over the years, of which none compare to the quality of Snap Fitness Redbank Plains. My dealings with Skye, Crystal, Maya and the team have been nothing but positive experiences. I recently won 4 free PT sessions with Karishma, who was absolutely fantastic to work with. Her knowledge, support and willingness to work around my busy schedule made our gym sessions enjoyable and convenient. She also instilled in me the confidence to try new pieces of gym equipment, and exercises that I otherwise wouldn't have known about. I can't recommend her enough!

Fantastic experience: Have been using this gym for just over a year now. Great facilities and friendly staff. The PT's are more than happy to go around and give advice/ instruction at no extra cost. They also run free classes that members can be apart of if they wish. Highly recommend this gym.
Fantastic experience: It's been a week since I've started going there and I must say that it's really been an enjoyable experience. The gym is clean, spacious, and has plenty of equipment to target almost any muscle group. 10/10 experience and would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Fantastic experience: I had my free trial there recently and it was great. Everyone was super friendly, new equipment, just great atmosphere. Skye is just amazing, I was so nervous about getting back to the gym after so many years and she just had this welcoming vibe to her and showed me a few machines and how they worked, it didn't feel rushed and made me feel welcome. Fantastic experience: NICE GYM
Positive experience: Its a nice clean place and staff are friendly. Downfall though is that on my first visit on my guest pass I was now shown any of the equipment or how to use it correctly. I then got constant messages wanting me to sign up. IF the staff took the time to show new comers around and explain how to use stuff then you may have more people signing up. I am surprised you haven't had someone hurt themselves and had to pay out because they were not show how to use the equipment correctly.
Hey Julie, Thank you for the feedback as we are always looking to improve the business. We generally will let people know to ask staff if help if required as we have a lot of people come through the doors and not everyone needs it (or wants it). I apologise if this was not the case we you filled in the guest waiver and will ensure in the future staff remind people as they enter. At any time if you feel the need for guidance the staff are more than happy to help show you any of the machines and even give some advice on which machines to start with for basic exercises etc.

Fantastic experience: Great vibe, great staff and love the atmosphere. Staff are not pushy like some other gyms which is a reason why I kept going back for my trial. Facilities are clean and multiple equipment for busy periods. Great gym to go to.
Negative experience: Very loud music. Is unpleasant that very loud music and you can’t enjoy your workout. Really bad.
Afternoon kids play, sorry to hear your experience wasn’t as pleasant as we try to deliver. Did you talk to one of staff when you were on site? We are more than happy to accommodate people in the club when we received feedback so we can improve the facility. I have asked the staff to check the volume to ensure no one accidentally turned it up.
