Fantastic experience: I’ve been training at PLC Maroochydore for almost a year now and I’ve loved every minute of it. PLC is a great community, with awesome coaches who offer a supportive and fun vibe to every session. Highly recommend training at PLC Maroochydore if you are looking for a club that is supportive, inclusive and want to achieve amazing results both physically and mentally.

I personally have been to multiple gyms & I can confidently say I have never felt so comfortable and welcome anywhere else. I love PLC maroochydoore & have made so many new friends. Going to gym dosnt seem like a “chore” here, it’s like a second home that you leave feeling the best you possibly can

Fantastic experience: Great gym with a friendly and inclusive feel. Very knowledgeable and supportive trainers. Sessions are a great workout but also fun! Gym is always clean and the equipment is great quality and not old.

Raf has done the hard yards and has somehow turned a gym into what you could call a home. All the coaches are dedicated to giving you the best possible experience and workout you could have. Ensuring you are having fun and leaving the session with a smile on your face. I have met some of my closest here at PLC. PLC is not just your regular gym, is more like family. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

Fantastic experience: I have nothing but amazing things to say about PLC Maroochydore. I have 2 long term injuries that have always had a massive impact on my training.. in the past i have tried HIIT training classes at gyms and always felt like a hindrance until i started training at PLC this year, it is the first time i have felt really looked after and helped.. every single one of the trainers are so accomodating, helpful and just straight up amazing humans. Raff and Tatum are amazing and will always go that extra mile to make sure you are comfortable and happy. I genuinely love training here and love the community it has created. On top of that Raff and Tatum always organise extra wellness aspects like all the amazing work shops and networking events which are complete added bonus, as a mental health and wellness coach myself i find this amazing and aligned to my holistic view in attaining an optimal wellbeing. Thank you to all the coaches, Tatum and Raff for facilitating such an amazing space. You LEGENDS. I would recommend this gym to anyone who wants an amazing, helpful and encouraging community <3 xx

Fantastic experience: i've quit and rejoined that many gyms its crazy. i hated exercise until i came here. i never had the motivation to do anything on my own. The staff here treat you like a mate, make you feel so comfortable but push you to achieve your goals at the same time. 2 in 1. i love it. i honestly highly recommend it to all ages from 16 to even mums and dads! the atmosphere is like no where else. you meet so many cool people at the same time and everyones at different stages of fitness, there is no expectations! love love love!!

Fantastic experience: PLC Maroochydore is EXACTLY what I’ve been looking for! I needed something that would motivate me to train regularly, something I would enjoy and something I didn’t have to think much about (being a full-time worker) and PLC is exactly that! Each session is different, challenging and actually FUN! Somehow I’m motivated to train at 6am?! And the best thing is, you don’t have to think about a thing - just arrive! When I first singed up I was blown away with how looked after you are by all the team. The ‘onboarding’ process is amazing and know one leaves you hanging, wondering how it all works. The team are INCREDIBLE and I really didn’t think you could have both amazing work outs and amazing trainers in the one place! Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

It’s the best way for me to start my day because I feel so much more motivated and active throughout my day! The energy at PLC is unreal! The coaches always makes everyone feel so welcome and are always willing to help you no matter what level of experience you are! The music at PLC always is pumping to the point that you just don’t want to stop and it keeps you at such a good beat! I started my membership with PLC Maroochydore during covid and they definitely helped me through quarantine with all of the plc zoom sessions! I would recommend PLC to anyone especially because I used to go to gym but never felt like I’m getting anywhere but since with PLC I’ve accomplished so many of my fitness goals!

Fantastic experience: I am apart of the PLC family and I love being apart of such a fun, energetic and motivational environment. Its like one big family who keep you accountable and make you feel welcome. The training sessions are very fun and push you out of your comfort zone where you get so much more out of it compared to a normal gym.

Fantastic experience: I love everything about PLC Maroochydore, all the members become literally like your family. The fact that everyone is there for the same reason and they look out for each other. You are not alone when you come into this club, you do it together and work towards the same goal pushing through the pain to finish the session. I love the high fives, the music, even the sweat and the tears. The sessions we do are all so different from Cardio to strength it keeps it all interesting, and you challenge each other to keep going. I love the coaches who stand right beside you and encourage you all the way. I love the vibe, it just feels like home. It is definately like their Motto says "Change your mindset, Change your Life" It's the smiles, the chats the new friends you make. Doesn't matter if you are 20, 40 or 60 you fit right in, whatever age or ability everyone supports each other. It's not like any other gym i've ever been to its a new way of working out and it makes you feel good. It's hard to describe but it really is a great club. Don't believe me, come and try it and see....you won't regret it, I promise.

Fantastic experience: Every time I leave PLC I always leave with a big smile on my face and a warm feeling in my heart and i could not be more genuine about that. PLC honestly feels like a close knit family type vibe, even when you don't personally know someone you still have that connection off the love you have for this place. The coaches are always so welcoming and give off an encouraging yet comfortable feeling and that definitely motivates me to give my best in every session. Coming to PLC is something i look forward too and is one of my favourite times of the day - to simply put it, i just love PLC.
