Fantastic experience: As someone who was beyond terrified to step foot in a gym and struggle this place is beyond welcoming and supportive. Always smiling, cheerful brightening moods (especially Christie) The PT always happy to answer questions and provide encouragement and support. The place is always clean and maintained with great equipment. Couldn't recommend this place enough.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to add to my experience as I attended a class for over 50's today that I was a little unsure of. I should not have been. I was made very comfortable by Travis and all the class members even though it was my first time. This gym is welcoming to people if you are 16 or 60 and if all abilities. Just step over the threshold, you will not regret it.

Fantastic experience: Going to a gym for the first time as a not so fit over 50 can be very daunting and overwhelming But I can highly recommend all the trainers and staff at Gawler,they are so welcoming and more than happy to work with you at your pace and ability to achieve your goals. I am now happy to go to the gym and I am enjoying the benefits of becoming fitter.

Fantastic experience: This is the best and cleanest gym I have ever been to. The staff are incredibly friendly and no matter what time of day I came in, I saw the owner spend his time oiling and cleaning down the equipment. I also had to move due to work and he made the membership cancellation process a breeze. If you live in the area, I would go no where else.
