Fantastic experience: Avolve is one of the reasons I came back to Australia for a year. Absolutely love it. Atmosphere and support is unmatched, never experienced anything like this in another gym. Equipment is also great, easy to reach, great location for some post workout relaxation as well. 10/10 would recommend any athlete in Sydney to go train here. Fantastic experience: AVOLVE is exactly the kind of Gym I have been searching for without really thinking this could exist. This is not a Gym factory like you see so many popping up those days i.e, not money driven. Their moto is to look after athletes of all levels. AVOLVE facilities (including their recovery centre) are also top of the game. However, the enthusiasm, professionalism of the AVOLVE personal trainers is what makes this place shines so much(in no time you will feel that you belong to a big happy family). Fantastic experience: Could not recommend this facility any higher! After 6 months of guided rehab, having had restabilisation surgery back in Feb, I’ve just completed my return to sport. Jack (physio) really knows his stuff, I wouldn’t be where I am now without his help! Matt and Angus are also elite coaches, covering all training types between themselves (weightlifting, powerlifting, field-based etc). Gym culture is massive and Avolve has it… as well as all the rehab equipment (normatec/sauna/icebath). If you have any doubts, pop in and have a chat - very down to earth blokes.

Fantastic experience: Amazing training facility with such knowledgable and friendly coaches. The community is second to none and makes you feel comfortable to turn up, train hard and have fun! Stacked with equipment for powerlifters, weightlifters and just general fitness enthusiasts. I couldnt imagine accomplishing what I have here anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Matt and Angus for the last 3 and a half weeks and have been extremely impressed with their knowledge on muscles groups specific to my sport (the marathon). As well as their attentiveness to ensuring I’m doing every workout correctly and efficiently. I personally take a little while to adjust with the new coaches. But from day 1 they make you feel like you’ve trained with them for months. Would highly recommend.

Matt Rains is a first class coach, having a lot to do with him in a team sport environment, being able to come into his gym to further improve my athleticism and resilience on the field has been unreal. You have access to all the best & latest recovery equipment, which is just a bonus to it all. And a Brilliant gym culture, all the Athletes get around one another and make new members feel welcome!

Fantastic experience: Avolve is a one stop shop for all of your high performance strength and sports physiotherapy services . I had a rehab plan developed with insight from their physio Jack, with Matt and Angus providing the training framework for success. With a focus on injury prevention, this is what got me back to competition and dominating the leaderboards. All the providers are university qualified with real world training and competition experience.

Fantastic experience: Avolve provides excellent performance training for young rugby players wanting to take their fitness to the next level. The gym has great equipment and the sprint training sessions are always varied and fun. My 13 year old has loved the program designed for him and is seeing great results. Matt genuinely cares about his clients getting results - highly recommended!!
