Fantastic experience: I’ve had an outstanding experience at fitness house gym! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and taken care of. The manager was incredibly understanding and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed to feel comfortable and motivated. The facility is immaculate – everything is spotless, and the level of hygiene is top-notch, which is so reassuring. The trainers here are exceptional. They are supportive, highly professional, and really know their stuff, always providing guidance and encouragement without making you feel pressured. Every workout feels tailored to help you reach your goals. I especially enjoyed the machine workouts, which were intense but rewarding – the equipment is in excellent condition and very well-maintained. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience. fitness house has set a high standard for what a great workout environment should be, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, supportive, and professionally run facility.

Negative experience: I received a phone call two weeks ago from fortitude fitness that they suggested me to come for the three days free trial class and if I would like that then I can enroll myself there she asked me for my bank details i told them I’m not sure yet if I want to enroll myself she said we just need your bank details for your free trial classes and if you like we will go ahead with the payment and membership.they got $150 from my account without I even didn’t step in the gym and not aware of anything. I called them they said you enrolled already Worst experience ever

Fitness House Ladies Gym provides women with a variety of equipment to meet all your needs, a wide range of cardio and classes. It supports women in meeting their goals. The beautiful staff will support you in all your needs and requests. And a fantastic personal trainers that will assist you in all your enquires. The gym provides a fantastic atmosphere, wonderful people and great facilities. OH and by the way they offer child minding for all those mothers looking to go to the gym. Massive space and cleaned regularly.

Negative experience: They never answer the phone , classes are always cancelled last minute! Toilet paper and amenities are never refilled, this gym is just a rip AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

Negative experience: Okay gym, mostly new equipment. Good trainers and great classes. Gave 1 star for equipment, the fact that it’s a ladies gym and nice environment. The owners need to step up with keeping the facility new and finding trainers that attend all classes with new material. Tuesday class was cancelled last minute because it’s “too cold”. What motivation does that give to attendees??? So unprofessional and waste of time and money. Also asked the staff to put a lock of one of the bathrooms- didn’t have a lock on it for a month+ and kept asking if it would be fixed but no. Inconvenient when you need to shower and there’s no lock.. None of the bathrooms have paper towel for your hands or even toilet paper... I don’t understand why they don’t stock this. Maybe too expensive for them? They really need to step up on the basic needs of a gym Not worth the money tbh

Fantastic experience: All women's gym.... The best setup when it comes too providing quality weight and cardio equipment as all gyms should be. No expense has been compromised. Fitness House Ladies, is very well maintained and clean. However, really need to improve on child minding...Although, you are reminded you need to book your child in for child minding, nobody answers the phone, Or their is simply no child minding on that day without any notice. The downside to this, is that there is a very spacious area for child minding yet the service is not provided all the time.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this gym, a very friendly environment , good gym equipment and also perfect for only ladies!

Negative experience: I had to cancel my membership and got nothing but rude attitude and extremely rude insults very unprofessional! All because i asked for the lady to explain the details of the cancellation and she dropped rude Islamic insult to me quite sad from a Muslim herself wouldn’t recommend this gym to anyone after how I was treated!!! What a disappointment
