Positive experience: Nice big gym but the staff could be a bit more attentive and does the black spa close 9.40? Doesn't at other locations. Update: this was literally last night. And you didn't answer my question, what time does the black spa close.

Fantastic experience: Visited as a part of their bring a friend for free, Very clean, updated equipment, no judgement, friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: The best Gym I've been to and that includes the other Planet Fitness centres (Morayfield & Chermside). Friendly staff and always so clean. One staff member in particular stands out (Emilee) as she is consistently providing 5 star customer service and I always see her cleaning. I recommend Planet Fitness to everyone I meet

Fantastic experience: Always friendly and helpful staff. Whether I'm going in for a workout or spa treatment, I love visiting. Always clean and well presented and it's good to see the staff having fun with their displays and theme nights.

Negative experience: Really disappointed with this gym When I first started going it was a good gym But unfortunately was having money problems and got a bit of debt to them I went in about 7 weeks ago to pay off this debt and cancel my membership as I couldn’t afford it atm but was the right thing to do to pay off the debt and after being reassured that it was cancelled and no more payments would come out of my bank today I look almost 7 weeks later with nothing being taken out and they have taken $70 just tried to call up to address this but it’s out of staffed hours And just reading google reviews seems like a lot of people have had same issue this isn’t right

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed. I signed up online while I was pregnant and ended up being very unwell whilst pregnant and not able to go. Have paid the membership for nearly a year now without stepping foot in the gym even once, I keep forgetting to cancel now with a newborn and a lot of stress going in my life. I was emailed today to tell me I owe them $200 and I told them okay but I need to cancel as I’ve never been able to use the gym and I can’t actually afford it anymore. They told me I can’t cancel OR put it on hold until I pay the money owed. So basically these people are going to continue to rack up debt that I’ve said I clearly cannot afford. At this point go for gold, I’ll let it go to a debt collector and you can send me bankrupt if you like. Absolutely disgusting and any second thought I’d had about trying to find the funds and finally come into your gym has completely gone now.

Negative experience: It’s a super cheap option and the facilities are good, but when I had to cancel my membership it was the most difficult experience ever. It was a very lengthy process and I found it very hard to get in contact with the club and you cannot cancel online.

Fantastic experience: Been a member at another planet fitness and I never felt like I belonged. Came to the Caboolture gym and as soon as I walked in, they all made me feel like I was home. The staff are super nice, and nothing is ever a problem for them.

Fantastic experience: Planet Fitness Caboolture is an incredible gym. I’ve been a Black Card member since the building’s construction and I love working out each week. The staff are all very friendly and greet me with a smile each time and let me know what training classes are coming up if I’d like to join. I found the machines quite user friendly and for the couple I wasn’t sure of, the staff explained and demonstrated for me. I use the 30 minute express workout area each session and have seen great personal improvement. There are quite a few tv’s set up above the treadmills and bikes; some days I watch cooking shows, other times I watch sitcoms and sometimes I watch sport. I’ve even taken my Dad (early 60’s) in a couple of times to workout alongside me. He also really enjoyed his time. One of my favourite things about Planet Fitness Caboolture is the massage chairs and wellness pod. When I have the time after my workout I LOVE laying in the pod and listening to the relaxation music. I think it is incredible value for money and I have been recommending it to all of my family and friends since joining up.

Negative experience: Signed up but had no confirmation of sign up or that I was a member. Money taken out of my account for membership went in this morning to cancel membership and was told I could pay a 9.90 fee to cancel but I'll get to use the gym that I've never used for another seven days. They said I should have received a phone call saying I was a member of the gym but that never took place and also stated they don't send email confirmation of membership being activated but I got an email from the assistant manager asking for membership fees that I had no idea I was signed up too. Very disappointing

Fantastic experience: This gym is by far the best gym I’ve been too. Such cheap prices and great a great relaxing massage chairs and water beds. The no judgement zone is awesome so I know that I won’t be judged on what I do. Also the no intimidation rule is awsome as I won’t be scared from bigger guys lifting more than me and scare me off. Over all best gym perfect for any age. Great mirrors to check your progress and free showers to cool off after a workout.

Fantastic experience: Huge gym, plenty of equipment. Rarely have to wait. Clean, new and well maintained. Become a black card member! The massage and wellness equipment is well worth an extra $5 per week. Cheaper than a massage.

Positive experience: Signed up to planet fitness a few weeks ago because the missus and I were looking for a new spot to be active. Since then we've enjoyed the complimentary massages, pizza, cheesecake, and tans. Although we initially signed up to lose weight, we have put on about 20 kilo's split between us since joining the gym, it's been a fun experience nonetheless. HOWEVER Giving it 3 stars because one time I ripped a fat one and the lunk alarm went off, it was super embarrassing

Negative experience: Definitely disappointed with the service. My partner and I went in to visit for the first time and when we arrived we were told my partner owed weeks of fees before starting the gym, because he opened an account. Look, I understand that there’s been miscommunication. But after they took his bank details in at the gym with the reassurance that the manager would call him and sort everything out before any payments were charged, however no call came from the manager and they’ve taken all fees plus more. Very let down by lack of communication. I’m coming in for further discussion today.
