Fantastic experience: great staff the owner has assisted me with different techniques to prevent aggravating injuries. the gym has a friendly and welcoming atmosphere and the other members are all friendly

Negative experience: Pete and his daughter were unfriendly and cold when I called them about my failed payment (which I admitted my mistake). I wrote them an email as soon as my payment had failed and asked them to resolve the issue asap. However, due to them not checking emails frequently and their lack of knowledge of their payment system, I had to wait for many days for them to process the payment. During this time, I couldn't go to the gym. In addition, my partner also had a horrible experience with them.He has been overly charged for no reason. There was no explanation regarding the over charges from Pete. My partner had to spend a significant amount of time trying to understand why this has occurred.It is not a simple dishonor fee that has been charged. There has been a significant amount of fees charged.

Fantastic experience: Excellent senior classes suitable for all levels of fitness. Zumba on Wednesday mornings is good for overall fitness and fun. Instructors in both these classes are great. A very friendly gym which I would highly recommend.

Negative experience: Not much in classes and the fans where so gross they need a really good clean

Negative experience: Hot and stuffy with no aircon on. Club manager seemed uninterested in 2 new sign ups. Not welcoming at all. Equipment appeared old and outdated.

Fantastic experience: Great gym , It has a very welcoming feel to it , I have been to a few different gyms and have never felt as comfortable as I do at temple, it has all I need to do my workouts and leave feeling great

Fantastic experience: My girlfriend and I have been going to temple fitness since September 2021 and are glad we did. Pete and Emily are nothing short of amazing, particularly Pete who has helped my girlfriend and I get the most out of the gym. If you are looking to start a gym membership I cannot recommend temple fitness enough.

Negative experience: I have been a member of temple fitness of years. But since new management has taken over it is no longer the happy friendly place it was. Most if not all the trainers that have worked there for years some since it opened have left within a few months of each other. I also call to make a inquiry about my membership and the manger hung the phone on me. With the old management you would in the door and everybody staff and other gym member would be smiling and happy not any more I will be leaving as soon as I can. My name is Sharon

Negative experience: My suggestion to anyone who uses this gym watch your bank statements, my girlfriend joined and was charged overdraft fees everytime a payment was made and in one week was charged$60 in apparent overdraft fees even though she had plenty of money in her account, when she questioned the gym about it all they said was they will look into it and get back to her asap and put her account on hold for 8 weeks, during that time not one single person got back to her and then after the 8 weeks they started taking more money out and charging overdraft fees, when she finally called them to cancel about a week ago they told her that her gym account? Was somehow $30 behind and needed to pay up before the membership was cancelled, and then again after the membership was cancelled today she was just charged more overdraft fees from a membership she doesn't have anymore She has tried contacting the gym and they fail to return any phone calls when she leaves messages and has no regard for any issues to do with this situation very poor form from everyone we have been in communication with at the gym We expect them to see this and attempt to rectify this issue before we start looking into fraudulent payments coming out of her account

Fantastic experience: I have joined many gyms before i joined temple fitness booval.. I never felt comfortable going which means i was nevermotivated to go.. Then i found temple at booval met everything i was looking for and great staff really helpful and friendly. 2yrs later down 20kgs and have gained many friends.. Temple is my home away from home.. I would recommend anyone who is really wanting to go to the gym to achieve goals to go sign up you wont regret it

Negative experience: Tried the gym on a free trial, the machines they have are technogym outdated and cheap! the layout of the club is weird and the choice of decor and colours is awful! Snap Fitness is way better!
