Fantastic experience: Started Robs classes a week ago and I’m so happy I made the change. He is extremely knowledgeable and really takes the time to help me with my technique. He is a complete champion.

Fantastic experience: Been training here for a few weeks now and I’ve been really enjoying it! There is a great variety of equipment, all in very good condition, and it doesn’t get too busy like other gyms. There are a range of different flexible membership options to pick from. Really enjoy that it’s 24/7 as well ☺️ I haven’t tried the classes but I’m sure they’re great too

Fantastic experience: I joined Infit a few months ago & it has been 100% the best decision I have made for my self, this gym has such a great sense of community with a fun atmosphere, everyone is so welcoming and uplifting. Rob & Amy are fantastic trainers, they are very supportive and encouraging and take the time to guide you through different exercises/ movements. The classes are the best! Not only loving the gym but my two children love the crèche. Roberta has been amazing with my two young daughters. My girls love her! I couldn't recommend this gym more and can't wait to continue my fitness journey. If you’re looking for change and to get out of your comfort zone, highly recommend INFIT 24/7.

Fantastic experience: Went tonight for the first time in a gym in a long time with my wife. 5 stars based on - Friendly staff! Young guy realised we were new and showed us around, explained where everything was easy peasy. - Good equipment: this gym looks small to drive past but it has a tonne of stuff, great variety and all clean and in good condition. - Music was good and not loud! - Parking was fine in surrounding streets - Other gym guests were nice n chill - Overall really great time. Looking forward to going back!

Fantastic experience: Recently joined infit and love it! Very clean gym, great facilities, love that my kids can have a play in the crèche of a morning while I workout. Rob (the owner) + the team have been extremely welcoming, also the members too - very friendly! Am loving the group classes, great atmosphere, well structured, Rob and Jason are very knowledgeable and always down to push us (if they think you can go more) during the classes. Rob is always there to help& taking early morning classes which I think says a lot! You can just feel how great a community infit is

The equipment is constantly being updated and the classes offer a great variety to suit all needs. Fantastic experience: What can I say, I have been a member for 6 months now and this is by far the best gym that I have been a member of/visited (even including Sydney CBD gyms). Rob's classes are meticulously crafted to get the best results out of everyone. Boxing of an evening is also fanastic and the general free weights and machine areas are state of the art, clean and always inviting. A great gym without that "gym junkie" feeling. Highly recommended!!

Fantastic experience: It’s one of the best gyms in the area going around. Rob is super dedicated to the gym, the trainers, the patrons, and the sessions.

Negative experience: Came for a casual visit and was treated with nothing but disrespect I asked to speak to the owner and wish I got the response I am the owner and continued this respect please don't join this gym if you value your integrity.

Fantastic experience: Bodhi Studio located upstairs inside Infit 24/7 is a brand new Pilates, Barre and Yoga studio in Kogarah. The team are experienced, very friendly and very welcoming. The studio offers brand new Reformers in a stunning luxe setting and I am excited to contine my Pilates and Yoga practice here.
