Fantastic experience: A really clean space, not too busy so you tend to have a chance to use any equipment you're after, and an easy location to get to whether it comes to finding parking or using PT. Would recommend!

Fantastic experience: Tidy and newly renovated, has a great range of equipment for a gym for its size. Conveniently accessible 24/7. I appreciate the extra details like deodorant in the toilets and the new cold water + spicy water bottle refill taps.

I usually go in the mornings and it's never too crowded, the members here are all very polite and respect gym etiquette. Would recommend.

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym. It has everything you need, always clean, and it never gets really busy. The rates/plans are very affordable and flexible, and unlike a lot of gyms, they're not staffed by shark salespeople out to lock you into a lifetime contract (I'm looking at you, anytime fitness). The owner is super cool about freezing/restarting memberships as needed, and appears to overall be a great guy. There's no need to really interact with the staff, as you just come and go as you please, but they also seem like nice people.

Negative experience: Gym is small under equipped compared to gyms where you pay the same price . There are no showers . If you want to lift any weight you'll have to gather weights from all over the gym . There is no proper bench press rack . No safe space for weightlifting and is an accident waitng to happen . They say they are open till 10 but don't tell you if they are going to close early or open late . A place that small is impossible to maintain in a hygeinic state and the personal trainers there must be people who failed aged care or something ..

Fantastic experience: I used to come here, almost a year ago, it was a little less clean and one or two pieces of gear needed some attention, but i walked past the other day and thought id give it another go. Glad i did, its in perfect shape these days, neat and clean, everything works. Anyone, except maybe a competition bodybuilder, can get a great workout done here I just hope it doesnt get too busy now that ive said this

Positive experience: Decent equipment for its small size. Great gym for those into basic equipment and bodyweight training. It's got everything one needs for this.

Fantastic experience: The gym itself might be on the smaller side but it has all the facilities you need, especially for the price you pay! It's kept in nice condition & always clean. Does get quite busy between 5 - 7 but so does almost any other gym!

Fantastic experience: Great gym! Service is wonderful, price is very reasonable and the gym is always clean! Good selection of equipment and open 24 hours. It’s busy around 6pm but outside of those hours it’s pretty quiet! :)

Fantastic experience: One of the smaller gyms in the area, but has all the equipment you'll need. Open 24 hours, new equipment, new building, and not overly packed with gym goers even at peak times. If it's in your local area, this is perfect for you.
