Jetts Kogarah

Negative experience: My GF and i have been trying to sign up to this gym all week. We called on saturday and were told to call during business hours 9:30-7 during the week. Have called every day an no one returns out calls. We were also told we could sign up through a website, which is a form that is for a sales rep to call you back on..no one has done that either? is the gym full and not taking any more applicants or is there another way we can sign up?

Fantastic experience: I love the vibe of this gym! Everyone is friendly, and the atmosphere is so motivating. It’s a community that pushes you to be your best.

Fantastic experience: Awesome staff, it’s a great gym that’s good value and easy to train at. Not the best equipment and not a whole lot but you can get a solid workout here. Plus the team is helpful, and don’t charge crazy prices for key replacements or weekly fees.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this gym not just because of the awesome price per week.. or the fact that it's near many residential blocks and public transport.. or the fact it's 24/7 or the fact that there's no cancellation fee or the insane amount of space and quality equipment.. but the extremely professional, kind and informative staff this awesome gym has! The second I walked into the gym I was greeted by the lovely staff member Jess who had given me the most warm welcome I had ever receieved in a gym ever in my life and I have tried plenty of different gyms! She is soooo kind and lovely and informed me of absolutely everything the gym includes and answered all my queries so professionally with a smile! Incredible service by Jess, the gym is much much better than the rest as I feel so welcome and I felt the positive environment the gym had as soon as I walked in! I look forward to working out at Jetts as there are motivational coaches every Saturday! It's incredible!! I wish I had joined sooner. Thank you so much Jess!!!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this gym and the classes. The staff is super friendly and very competent . The machine and equipment are great and new. I feel super comfortable going to workout, no bad sight from other people training. The classes are adapted for all levels and very enjoyable because we are in small groups.

Fantastic experience: It's awesome to have such great access and a really friendly staff here! There are some exciting new things on the way that are generating quite a buzz. Plus, the free small group classes are a fantastic perk for members. And let’s not forget about the great 24/7 access facility!

Fantastic experience: Jetts Kogarah is like very clean, great team, friendly staff. You won’t find a better gym in the area.

Positive experience: Nice cosy small gym, it's clean most of the time. Wouldn't recommend coming during peak times, (afternoons) as it gets EXTREMELY over crowded. Remember it's a very small gym. The lady with the short hair (I think owner of the gym) can be quite rude. Never says hello, just looks at you and looks away like you're a nobody. Makes me feel unwelcomed, but anyway no other complaints.

Fantastic experience: Can feel a little crowded at popular times (usually from about 5-7pm on Mondays especially) but can be almost deserted on weekend afternoons. Great staff and good set of free and machine weights available.

Fantastic experience: Such a great gym! The staff are awesome and so welcoming, and absolutely love J series!! The trainers are caring and knowledgeable, it's also great value which is always a bonus. It's fully equipped with everything you need and has always been a positive experience for me :)

Fantastic experience: I love this place and I'm not a gym person. I dropped off from fitness, maybe a decade ago, largely due to super aggressive trainers and judgey gym bros. This place couldn't be further from that. Everyone from the owner, the trainers and the community are unbelievably welcoming and supportive. Couldn't recommend this place enough!

Fantastic experience: As a foundation member of Jetts Kogarah, I have been there for several years, and I must say under the new owners and management team that took over in 2016, this gym has without out a doubt become the best 24 hour gym in the area, The change is quite dramatic, I now once again love training at Jetts Kogarah, the new owners and management team are so friendly, accommodating, and ready to assist and have made some great changes. This is no longer just your normal 24 hour gym, but provides many more services, machines etc and it just keeps getting better Eddie, Jayda, Reena, Kelly, and the guru trainer Elaine, thank you for bringing Jetts Kogarah back to a gym both my family, friends and myself love training at :+)
