Negative experience: Please be careful when you sign a contract with any time fitness. It’s very easy to sign up but very hard to cancel.

Negative experience: I would just like to say to anyone out there be really careful when you sign up a membership with anytime fitness. Make sure the day you sign up you fill out your cancellation otherwise your policy will keep renewing even if you haven’t used the gym for months and months, after talking with Lauren on the phone I have got nowhere and will allow the membership to come out every week for the next four weeks but once again just beware

Negative experience: VERY EASY TO JOIN BUT YOU WILL HAVE TO JUMP THROUGH HOOPS TO CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP. MY ADVICE IS AVOIDING THIS PLACE. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Fantastic experience: Came here last year and didn’t rate it but it is so much better since they invested in new machines and made some improvements! It’s definitely making a big difference! Wish I didn’t spend the last few months going to Gawler green and came here instead!

Negative experience: It's a really nice gym, especially since the recent upgrades, and the staff were pretty lovely too. I just wish they were a bit more upfront. I went to finally quit my membership recently due to a change in financial circumstances, this is pretty important as I really can't afford to keep paying this fee for a service I'm not using and having been using for the last 6 to 8 months. I wasn't informed that I would still be charged for a whole month after cancelling my membership, I even went before my first payment came out for the month to avoid this. I don't remember it being anywhere on the documentation that I signed, regardless even if it was there, the fact that it isn't brought to your attention is pretty poor. It's just pretty upsetting that I cancelled my membership due to not being able to afford it, and yet I still have to struggle financially for another month now because I wasn't told that was how this functioned. Pretty disappointing.

Fantastic experience: Loving training which is very achievable at AF Gawler. Great atmosphere, staff are great, friendly and very helpful.

Negative experience: End of contract - beware they just keep taking monthly fee, very difficult to get refund. Cancellation of membership - very difficult they will keep charging until you actually go into gym during office hours - yet I have move out of state. Had to freeze membership till i can get in so they dont keep taking money. Multi layered admin - finance office wont stop charging or refund unless gym manager tells them, gym manager wont make a decision unless area manager says ok. Has been months and i still cant get them to cancel my membership even though 7 months out of contract. Will never go back. I do not recommend. Gym - anytime fitness Gawler SA.

Positive experience: Great gym, but think they should do more to support people with certain disabilities like allowing support workers to train with there Clients.

Negative experience: Joining - no suprise but very easy, some what pushy but ok. Gym standard - average, often feels they just over subscribe for size of gym. Cleanliness hit and miss. Get text from one staff member to come in and pick up six month "anniversary" gift then staff know nothing about it...poor communication. Fantastic experience: Nice staff, clean and good price. I like being able to go in between work and home at the different locations. The only thing is they can get busy so, it’s worth noting times and alternating if you can.
