Negative experience: Didn't have a good experience with one of the managers, the equipment it’s too old. It’s shame as the location and the suburb it’s amazing.

Negative experience: DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM. 5 months and 8 attempts over 6 months to cancel my membership and no resolution. Have taken the matter to the OFT and ACCC. These guys are a joke Caveat Emptor people!

Fantastic experience: Great gym, well maintained equipment and never crowded. Very friendly staff.

Fantastic experience: Great gym - parking upstairs and downstairs makes it convenient. Not overcrowded even during peak times and has more than everything you need. Staff and owner David are always super friendly, never feel pestered. Much more affordable than anywhere else in the market and local area. Complete absence of posers and gymbros standing around talking which is my personal favourite part. The upcoming refurb will be a bonus :)

Negative experience: No stair climb mill. No ski erg. Old treadmills. Better off at Anytime around the corner. Sorry, but I was told they were upgrading here over 8 months ago.

Negative experience: Smelly toilet and shower.

Fantastic experience: Well maintained and looked after Gym which boasts friendly and fantastic staff members to accommodate any issues regarding how to Gym equipment etc. Simple sized Gym in a great area.

Negative experience: Tried to sign up however was turned away at 12:50 as they close for a lunch break at 1? Must have too many members there as they clearly didn’t want my business. First time I have ever experienced this at any gym, normally they are more than keen to take my money and take on board new members. It’s a shame as I live 100m away. Looks like I will just keep driving to a Goodlife Gym where they have great customer service and better facilities & Equipement

Positive experience: It's a bit small but the staff are amazing and the members are welcoming and helpful. It's also one of the cheaper options so definitely worth it for a 24/7 gym in my opinion.

Positive experience: Just Don't ask for the fan to be put on at the front section of the premises otherwise you'll be greeted with some Kurt and arrogant response that "other people don't like the fan on". If that's the case , and you support "other people" over all members then I would suggest that you disconnect and remove the fan altogether , along with the push button and sign that currently exists and says "PUSH BUTTON FOR A 20 MIN COOL DOWN BY FAN". The fan, button and your instructions on how to use said fan currently serve ZERO purpose otherwise. Pointless exercise fanning the ceiling buddy!

Fantastic experience: Good gym no posers friendly staff

Negative experience: The gym is OK however the staff are the rudest I have ever come across. Anytime fitness is close by, I moved to anytime and I'm treated like a human being. Do not join this gym there's a reason it's so quiet.

Negative experience: Terrible communication between staff themselves and between the staff customers.

Negative experience: Very rude management. When I tried to ask if he would honour a 7 day pass from another Jetts (as suggested by the other Jetts manager).. he said no, as, his reasoning was if we signed up at another Jetts he will not make money from it. Very Stingy.

Fantastic experience: Great Gym! Equipment is always well maintained. Staff are always friendly and will help out with just about anything. Wonderful location (near the river with lots of trendy shops and cafes) and plenty of free parking. Have enjoyed every moment of the past 5 years I have been at Jetts Portside.

Fantastic experience: I am lucky enough to be completing my Cert 3 Work Experience at Jetts Hamilton, and I am thoroughly enjoying it. I love the team there, the atmosphere, great equipment and lots of space. Everyone I've met has been very friendly and overall my learning experience has been awesome. I feel very welcomed every time I walk in and also motivated about my course and fitness. Highly recommend popping in and checking it out :)

Fantastic experience: I really like the clean and bright workout space, even the air is fresh and welcoming. I normally weak up early and go to the gym on the way to work, with the handy location, that's the main reason I chose it. Even with affordable and compactive fee, I can go to other Jetts with friends occassionally. There is a little bonus is the balance of work and lifestyle, I can work at any branch of my company, there is always a Jetts gym nearby.

Fantastic experience: What a great environment for a work out. I like the staff, especially the manager. It is a clean and friendly gym.

Positive experience: 24/7 gym. Well equipped but quite small. One might say "dense". The upside is however that it usually isn't that much people. Good bang for your buck. Most people between 4:30 and 6:30 PM.

Negative experience: A good gym ruined by appalling teen club music blaring loudly over the speakers. Cannot even block it out with my own music through earphones.

Positive experience: Very friendly. Made me feel welcome. All refurbished! (29 September 2016) Looks great. New paint and lots of brand new equipment. Very good value.

Negative experience: Very poot value for money compared to other gyms in the area. Have no free classes and the only benefit is 24hrs and that is hardly a benefit as the only way to get use of any of the weights is to be there off peak.

Negative experience: Run down, tired, not maintained very well, poorly run....

Fantastic experience: Great experience, great staff. I must say the house keeping is second to none. There is nothing better than going to a gym where you know cleanliness is a priority. Friendly people, great equipment and very clean.
