Negative experience: This gym heading South. Equipment such as bikes and treadmills remain unrepaired for months.

Negative experience: Don't waste your time with this gym. The price may be cheap but broken equipment takes forever to get fixed. It took them 2 weeks just to get a sink unblocked. In 7 years none of the equipment has been replaced. Cleaning is sporadic, sometimes good sometimes not. And do not bother with the emergency call box. Despite numerous emails to the gym nothing gets fixed and I almost never hear back from them. The only reason I keep going to this gym is because it is within walking distance.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this gym. It’s not my closest Zap, however, I will always pick this over the ones close by. The staff are friendly and Nixon always greets me with a smile and says hello. Place is always clean and tidy. The only issue I ever face is other members not putting weights back on the racks.

Positive experience: One fault that I have with the gym is that one treadmill is out of order AND not all the tv’s on the machines are in working order. People like me hate going to the gym. If we can use a machine and be distracted by watching tv the time will fly. For example, If i can watch Deal or No Deal, 30 minutes will fly without me even noticing. If i get a machine with a broken tv, I will actually hate my gym session and it will drag. So ensuring ALL machines and tv’s are in working order are a huge help,

Fantastic experience: Great gym. At times people leave equipment out. Great personal trainer services.

Negative experience: Very disappointed to see they turned off the lights in public holidays during daytime. It’s obvious that they don’t care about members’ safety as we have to use the gym in dark.

Positive experience: Too expensive in comparison to other gyms for what they can offer

Negative experience: -The gym needs to be cleaned daily. Often found the bathroom dirty. -No offended but Indian people often talking on the phone with speaker on. Need to put a poster on the wall to remind them the gym is a public space and they need to show some respect. -Small gym affordable price.

Positive experience: Good gym with most equipment the average person needs to train

Positive experience: Good small gym with all the main gym machines and affordable pw prices but seriously need to work on hygiene and cleaning of gym. Lost 1 star as its not cleaned sometimes.

Negative experience: DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS GYM! they don’t charge you the same time each week and will do it at random, which is fine and i always keep money in my account because of it however zap will message me weeks later saying i never paid for certain dates and will have a debt of $60 even though i have the proof of the money coming out of my account. this happens every few weeks and also happens to my friend and partner. i have contacted zap multiple times however they tell me they will take it off my next few weeks and still end up charging me. I have contacted them to end my membership and didn’t end up getting a reply meanwhile i can’t go into the gym because my zap dosnt work because of the debt.

Fantastic experience: Usually I would go to the Burnside zap fitness, but decided to change it up and try out St Morris instead. Glad I did as St Morris has a better selection of equipment and is much cleaner and more inviting. St Morris will now be my go to Zap Fitness from now on.

Positive experience: quite a small gym

Negative experience: Absolutely appalling communication re the latest refurbishment. No advance warning it would be closed other than a handwritten note on the door saying it would be closed until April 21 but it is still closed and no explanation as to why. What is wrong in sending members an email or sms? Members are turning up but can't get access to this so-called 24 hour gym. Pathetic customer service and my advice is to look elsewhere.

Negative experience: I have this membership only because it's open 24/7. Went there on Saturday 10 pm..it was closed and I key didn't work to open the gate. Tried calling there customer care number. All closed. What's the point advertising 24/7 open then.

Positive experience: Good equipment and functional area but usually crowded in the evenings. :)

Negative experience: Unfortunately this club has now joined the ranks of the ever increasing number of Zap gyms that have suffered the loss of high quality, functional equipment during the current round of refurbishments. Good equipment has either been replaced with inferior equipment or just removed altogether and not replaced with anything comparable. The lightest straight barbell here now is an Olympic one (20kg) with no lighter options. What is more frustrating is that none of the things that were in need of repair were attended to during the renovations which seems to be the pattern for all Zap clubs that are getting refitted.

Positive experience: 24 he access, clean, gear does what it says on the box... music a bit loud, TVs on add channels...

Negative experience: This jetts is really lack of security cameras. They have two separate parking area- front and back. Only front car park has camera, which means people who park at the back you have your own risk been stolen or car scratch without evidence. The park is small especially when the gym is full house, you can only park at the back. I made big mistake that parking my car at back, my car is bmw, someone pried my BMW emblem logo with a screwdriver.

Fantastic experience: Good clean gym, adequate machinery and free weights, friendly staff, good location, what more could you ask for :)
