Negative experience: Just watched one of the pretentious main members come into the gym and kick another paying gym member off of one of the pieces of equipment because she needed it for her class ! yep well done.

Positive experience: Went in to enquire upon swimmimg fees. Staff was nice and helpfull. Fees were acceptable. Enquired about gropers swimming club but the young staff were oblivious to it.
