Fantastic experience: I tried out the one-week plan at this gym during my trip, and it was great. You have to go there during working hours to get the entry password, but after that, you can go anytime you want. The facility was clean and had everything I needed for my workouts. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Haven't been here in over 10 years and I love the renovations they've done with the place. It's really affordable and offers SO much in terms of value - great equipment, classes, infra-red sauna, there's a cafe on site. Happy I gave it another go and had a look inside as I was just about to join another gym around the area.

Fantastic experience: Invigorate has been my second home for about 8 years and I cannot see that changing anytime soon. The gym ticks all the boxes: - 24 hours - Classes AM & PM to suit all schedules - dedicated weights room - cardio machines - sauna - personal trainers with diverse styles and skills to cater for all needs - friendly staff always happy to assist - great atmosphere and positive vibe

Fantastic experience: I have been a member to a couple of different gyms here on the coast over the 15 years of living here. I can truly say Invigorate gym is like no other! If you are wanting a gym where you can go and train and feel comfortable, welcome and in no way, shape or form judged this family own biz is the gym for you! It is like a second home to me and with numerous challenges, fundraisers and group sessions I have participated in I would only recommend this gym!

Negative experience: Expensive, poor equipment and a skinny old PT that makes fiancé feel uncomfortable. I pay $12 at Worlds for a world class gym..

Negative experience: My review is based on a very poor experience with a trainer at this gym. I signed up for an 8 week challenge in preparation for my wedding and paid in full upfront. In the first 3 wks, she cancelled 2 sessions and failed to show up for another 2! When I called her after the second missed session, she refused to apologise and was rude and abrupt on the phone. She then dropped me as a client and blamed management. I chose this trainer as she prompted including fitness into a work life balance and not making excuses. I am very disappointed that in my 8 wk challenge that the only thing letting me down was the trainer.
