The building is so clean and spacious and the community and members were so so welcoming - every single one of them, I’ve never felt so at home like I did tonight at F45 Caroline Springs. Thanks for an amazing session and an experience I’ll never forget. I’ve been coaching eight years in the industry and that was absolute class! Definitely worth the 35min drive and I’ll be back to visit next and every chance I get! Thanks again :)

Fantastic experience: I've tried other F45 studios and commercial gyms, and nothing compares to the atmosphere created by Jj and the team at Caroline Springs. My partner and I felt welcomed from the get go and were fully supported in achieving our fitness goals. The workouts are intense and the trainers keep you on your toes throughout the entire session, rather than just walking around (which is what I've experienced at other studios). Through their supervision I have lost a stack of weight and learnt to keep it off, which has not only made me a much healthier person but has greatly improved my overall confidence and reversed many medical issues I had due to my weight.
