Fantastic experience: I’m so glad I was introduced to this place. Liv & Kayne are always so energetic and happy, and you can see that their positive vibe rubs off on everyone. It’s a gym I actually look forward to going to :)

Fantastic experience: Extremely excited and grateful to have found a safe exercising space where I can take my kids! The area isn’t too big so they feel comfortable even when I’m on the other side of the room. The booking system is super convenient and there isn’t any stress on booking way in advance. the trainers are lovely and well organised!!

Fantastic experience: The team of trainers are amazing. The sessions are so fun. It’s a great experience all ‘round and gets me going! I love this gym and what my membership + trainers give me in terms of community, challenge, fun, motivation, confidence and encouragement. I recommend you come and try it out. Give it a go :)

Fantastic experience: Such an amazing community of people! I’ve always found the gym intimidating but not F45 Warragul. Trainers are extremely knowledgeable helping encourage and guide you through your workout. Best of all the other members are accepting of everyone and clearly love being a part of the F45 community. Even at the 5:10am class.

Fantastic experience: F45 Warragul is a great studio - it's a large area, with happy, encouraging trainers. The classes are fun and varied, and they cater for every level of fitness. I'm returning after some time off with a shoulder injury, and the trainers are always there to support me and suggest alternative exercises if I need them. I love it here at F45 Warragul, and am stoked to be back training in an encouraging and supportive environment.

Fantastic experience: Trainers are supportive and knowledgeable. No judgement from anyone and a great team environment where every ability level is accommodated for. Also a great space so you don’t feel like you are working out on top of each other.

Fantastic experience: I am about 3 weeks in with F45 Warragul and am absolutely loving it. The support and encouragement from the coaches is fantastic and the members are always friendly. Each class is a new challenge and I finish each session feeling amazing. After 3 babies in 3 years I am finding my sense of self and gaining my confidence back. Love your work guys!

Fantastic experience: I originally tried F45 on their free trial, and originally had no intention to join due to personal reasons, but the warm and supportive community, and the complete body transformation got me goooood. F45 has drastically changed my reality. I know that sounds dramatic, but it's been true for me. I find that I have a lot more energy, increased motivation and most importantly, it makes me a better mum and wife as I have a lot more patience due to mood improvement. These are additional to the physical improvements I've seen already. - and this is coming from someone who was already quite fit and healthy to begin with. I love it, and genuinely look forward to going

They heavily promote a positive environment which enforces a safe and friendly atmosphere with no judgement on fitness or body shape. The trainers are there 100% to help you achieve what ever goals you want. Highly recommend a visit or membership.

Fantastic experience: F45 in Warragul has been great, its only my second week in to the 8 week challenge but the support and encouragement I have received each class is making it easier for me to go, plus the classes are only 45 minutes and they fly by so it doesn't take much at all. Couldn't recommend it highly enough!!!

I went from hating the idea of moving my body and working hard, to going to the gym pretty much everyday. I’m loving it! The staff are outstanding, and take the time to know you, as well as knowing there stuff when it come to working out!

Fantastic experience: I was very nervous to go and my anxiety was so high. Once i stepped into the room the trainers were so supportive. Each and every session the trainers are there to help and support you. I don't get anxiety when i go now and i have never loved workouts or gym but this is by far the best experience i have ever had at a gym. Can't wait for the challenges and each day i can see myself getting better.
