Fantastic experience: Been coming to this gym for over a year since moving into the area. Adrian the manager is always around and very friendly. The members are also friendly making for a positive atmosphere. Equipment is all hammer strength and the gym has an old school feel about it.

Negative experience: The couch they are nice....reception 0 in every aspect....I found my self paying 2 months even after I noticed them about cancelling my membership...once call them they said the don't have not to cancel it and I should have evidence

Negative experience: I had a highly disappointing experience at this gym. The management team, including the manager, displayed a lack of professionalism and concern for customer satisfaction. Additionally, the behavior of some members was troubling, with incidents of aggressive and inappropriate conduct over common amenities like fans. I strongly recommend avoiding this gym, particularly for women, due to concerns about safety and overall environment. There are many better options available for a positive and respectful gym experience.

Negative experience: Negative experience when dealing with the reception staff. Staff was rude, condescending, and unwilling to help. In particular, they were dishonest when inquiring about management availability to further escalate my issue and unwilling to honour their own words. After receiving messages regarding a promotion on membership, I took the time out of work to come in person for an appointment. I was charged the full price over several months as nothing was 'written down' despite having met the manager in person to confirm. The premium price is steep for the area, and the fact that you must pay it to access the ladies' section is disappointing, considering the equipment is worn down and sometimes dusty. Cleanliness, especially in the toilets, can definitely be improved. While a resolution was begrudgingly offered, I am overall unhappy with the way the entire situation was approached by the staff, the dishonesty, and the inability to honour their own policies. I had to call up another branch and ask for their help in order for this situation to be solved. Hope that the customer service at this branch will be improved in the future.

Fantastic experience: Condell park gym is a really great gym, The employees are very helpful and are very nice. They are also are a very clean and organised gym it has been a pleasure to me and many of my friends to attend Fitness republic In condell park.

Fantastic experience: This gym is one of the best gyms that I have been to. Plenty of equipment and there are many different fellows that provided feedback and helped fixed my technique to avoid long term injury. Adrian, Caroline and Lorraine make really awesome protein shakes that are like a meal replacement. I never leave the gym without it. Love you guys

Negative experience: Asian owners nothing but unprofessional, I kept calling on the phone like 5 times no answer this ain’t a professional business

Fantastic experience: I come here to gym during my work breaks. Bathroom and toilets are clean which is a super bonus! There's also a women's section which I really enjoy!

Fantastic experience: I joined this gym a while ago under different business [fitness club] and it was pretty worn out and out of date. They’re currently under renovation and transitioning into fitness republic . The staff were very friendly. I was advised new and better equipment is coming in. I was also told there’ll be new functional classes too. Will update this post in a few months to see if anything has changed :)

Negative experience: Vibes different. Me and my husband walked in and a young new lady (Asian with short hair) at front desk ask if we both have towels I said yes (2 towels were in my gym bag none in our hands yet) then she proceeds to ask “so you both are going to use the same towel” with dead blank face! I mean seriously... ffs that was my FIRST impression with new management ENOUGH SAID lol wouldn’t be suprised if I lost my membership due to being honest. And the cleanliness isn’t as it was as before, old management had a good cleaner not sure whose cleaning now. Let’s see how this plays out.
