Seaford Recreation Centre: Opinions
Positive experience: Needs an upgrade
Fantastic experience: Indoor archery on Monday nights. Was a great experience. Friendly atmosphere. Southern Vales Archery
Fantastic experience: Excellent gym and staff. Very welcoming and professional. Highly recommend this place
Negative experience: What's the point of saying Ur open when Ur not open and no one is here
Fantastic experience: Nice place to visit
Positive experience: Great community gym. Handy parking. Very good range of equipment. Never seems to be too busy. Reasonable hours.
Fantastic experience: Amazing, helpfull and friendly staff. The creche here is lovely, and so are the ladies that work in the creche. It's been the best decision joining here. Plenty of space in the group classes with instructors that are motivating and make you want to go back. Plenty of equipment in the gym, bathrooms always clean and tidy. Would give more stars if I could.
Fantastic experience: Love to go there staff friendly and helpful, instructor tells you exactly what to do and makes sure you do it right. We just love it.
Fantastic experience: Love it! Very helpful staff. Well equipped. Spacious, with beautiful views to trees outside the windows. And a well balanced set of group sessions.
Fantastic experience: Very nice place to work out, or to play indoor soccer.
Fantastic experience: Great facilities
Positive experience: Good fun good staff easy to get on with.
Fantastic experience: it my school gym
Positive experience: Friendly staff, decent courts. Please clean the courts better though, they are always filthy with food and piles of dust and disgusting stuff on them.
Positive experience: My 2nd home. Could do with some new equipment and resume use of fans now it's summer.
Fantastic experience: A clean friendly gym
Fantastic experience: 10$ a week. And creche. Can't go wrong
Fantastic experience: Very welcoming
Fantastic experience: Excellent!
Fantastic experience: Great gym and staff
Fantastic experience: The indoor soccer is run very well. Great court and set up well with fixtures sent in advance
Positive experience: New courts which is great, cool little gym off the side as well.
Positive experience: Great venue and works well with our club.
Positive experience: Friendly...and kids area stuff great!
Fantastic experience: Good Facilitys And Dirt Jumps Too.
Fantastic experience: Nice clean facilities with lots of equipment
Negative experience: We recently removed our 8&9 year old girls from Nadine's Ariel gymnastics club. Couldn't be more disapointed with the way the kids were treated. Rude, belittling behavior and a plain disrespect towards parents who pay $1000's a year for training. Even going as far as charging $400 per Ariel leatard she paid $150 for?? What made me write this review was the fact recently a fellow student left mid term due to family crisis and they couldn't afford it. The family paid up to date and appolligised only to be send to debt collectors for additional charges etc. People with Nadine's morals and temper with kids should be exposed!
Positive experience: Played indoor here for years, owners/FM let the place down with floors that were kept a bit inconsistently and the lighting is far from ideal for fast paced sport. But the staff/customer service is always great as is the atmosphere of the place.
Fantastic experience: Its the best I do gymnastics there.
Fantastic experience: Everything you need, good gym plenty of parking.
Negative experience: Aerial Gymnastics SA at the Seaford Rec Centre is absolutely terrible. The head coach Nadine is completely unprofessional. If you disagree with her or she doesn't like you, she will bully your child mercilessly. There have been a lot of concerns about safety and lack of supervision of the kids, and Nadine responds with spite and malice. She frequently verbally abuses and publicly humiliates kids. She is really unreliable and sometimes just doesn't even bother turning up. She has run her so-called business in several locations but has gone out of business each time because she couldn't organise a piss-up in a brewery (which is ironic because I know for a fact that she has a problem with alcohol), and is constantly getting into arguments with local councils
