Negative experience: No communication if you try to cancel And they don’t process it. 2 years later they just send “debt collection” bill for money you didn’t even know you owe. At least they were reasonable and accepted there had been communication problems and were willing to negotiate fees.

Negative experience: Just recieved a letter of demand for $275 claiming I had outstanding fees for a membership that I know I cancelled back in 2023. I was pregnant from January 2024 and had a Caesarian in September and would not have been using the membership- I never even heard from this gym to say that they didn’t process the cancellation request or that there was any outstanding amount until today- no phone call, no email, nothing. There’s no communication, just a bill when they get around to sending it to a debt collector. I will not be paying these fees.

Negative experience: Nice facility and equipment, plenty of wipes and bins available for equipment cleaning, price is fair. Only issue is, the gym is too small for the amount of members they have! Over crowded especially during the hours between 3pm and 8.30pm

Negative experience: I have now left this gym Kahma Clyde north because of poor management & partiality of staff name JUSTINE. Gym is not clean, racists to panjabis & my personal experience was worst. Manager gives gym’s 3 clients who are not under her training special treatment allowing them to use equipments more than 20mins & make us wait. If we use little more time equipments she targets us & sends emails saying final warnings for no valid reason. This is not the way to do customer service. Who gives warning to customers ?? we give business to your gym by joining & no respect. I mind my own business during workout not interested in talking to anyone. So disgraceful of such staff members. There’re groupies gym members who collectively target us so that we leave the gym for doing our own workouts. Even after complaint to management they least bothered to address such staff members, I advised to management to personally come & take feedback from everyone but no action taken. Especially there’s a lot of gossip & back bitching in this gym amongst staff with favourite clients “No privacy”. Since I pay membership I’m must be allowed to use all equipments as my part of my workouts & for that they restricted me from using multiple equipments during my workouts. They literally harassed for small things which makes no sense. I always share equipment other gym members & they restrict me from using all equipments for what ? Most of the gym members have left because of such things. That’s my feedback after using this gym membership.

Positive experience: Gym looks and sounds okay but customer service was not well kept it was a let down so I went elsewhere. No friendly smiles or chats just was given/pointed to gym prices and memberships. Working in customer service it was not how I would have liked to be treated. Sorry but I must expect to much if I need a smile so I went somewhere else and was welcomed

Negative experience: I would not recommend using this gym at all. The gym is small compared to other gyms in the area. Not enough machines. I felt Most of the times all the machines are occupied and be aware that they have this system of charging extra 10 dollars everytime the direct debit doesnt go through. Literally like you miss a payment accidentally even by a minute and now you have to pay then 10$ extra !!!! I dont know if any other gym does this. However, the 2 other gyms i have been to never did this thing.

Fantastic experience: Best gym even. I’ve been working out non stop for 2 years without a break. This is my 3rd gym. You have your ups and downs. This is the first gym where the staff notice me drained out and addressed it and made sure it was nothing more than my low energy. You guys won my heart. Negative experience: I had really bad experience with them While doing signing up they didn’t inform me about the classes cancellation charges and how they take attendance for that classes and then imposing that blame on us that they have explained it but who will cancel or book or will not attend that class which he or she know going to pay $5 per class They have used direct debit and deduct about $75 extra from my account which is totally a scam happening in this gym We don’t know how many people are paying this and not aware or explained anything about it

Negative experience: This is totally a scam gym Firstly they don't inform anything to people when they sign up in their gym about the classes cancellation or how they take attendance for group classes then they deduct money like $65 or $75 from per person accounts which is they use as direct debit and then they blame on them not attending or cancelling classes charges. I don't know with how many people they have done this but this is not acceptable.

Fantastic experience: I took my time to leave this review because I wanted to give a honest review. This is my 4th month in this gym and I have NOTHING BAD to say about it. - ALL the staff are amazing, supportive, very interested in your progress, greet you by your name, and as a beginner I have felt nothing but love and support. (For example during one of my PT sessions, i forgot to come with some water, when i was dehydrated,the PT bought me a bottle of water with his money without me even asking. When i wanted to pay back, he told me not to bother) - the environment is clean and there are enough cleaning materials and signs and emails to encourage cleanliness - there is an area where your children can stay and do homework or just chill and a secure area for toddlers to play with toys. This is especially great for new mums like me. -there is a variety of gym classes that even as a beginner, I was supported and encouraged by the staff and members -I also love how functional the app is with communications, gyming tasks, booking classes and personal training appointments amongst others... -good pricing and incentives too Anything else I haven't added to this review is definitely positive. I have tried a few gyms and didnt get anywhere as close to the support i get in KAHMA clyde North. I am super glad I found this gym. Thanks TEAM. Love from Tola.

Positive experience: The gym is reasonably priced and always easy for parking. It doesn’t get overly crowded in the mornings between 6am-9-am which is good. Cons - when the group strength classes are on, they often occupy all of the squat racks with no one else able to use them. Members consistently do not put dumbbells or weight plates away after use. Would likely look at another local gym after my membership expires

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t expect more from a local gym, the manager is a very nice and respectful person, she explained everything and helped me and my brother with the gym membership. The gym looks way bigger and much nicer than the photos.

Fantastic experience: Kahma Gym in Clyde is a hidden gem in the Clyde North. One of the most spacious gyms in this area. The gym is so clean. Lots of equipment’s both free weights and machines. There are wipes station to keep the gym clean. Well maintained, staff is so friendly. There are so many group classes to choose from. The group fitness classes have helped me and have always pushed my limits and boosted my confidence. The group fitness coaches are amazing. I love attending each and everyone’s classes. The gym manager Justine is a fantastic person inside and out. She knows everyone by their names. Always welcoming and friendly. She makes you feel welcomed in the gym. She is always approachable. And if you have any queries about fitness and healthy lifestyle, she is always happy to answer and assist you. I always feel safe and positive when I am in the gym. It’s like my second home. LOVE KAHMA GYM !!

Fantastic experience: I've been a member at Kahma gym in Clyde for a while now, and I have to express my disappointment about the recent situation. I've spoken to around 6 staff members, including Manager Justin and owner Sam Pha ji, about the declined bench for lower abs. It was disheartening to see this essential equipment suddenly disappear, especially since I've observed many others using it as well. Despite numerous requests from several members, including myself, there has been no response or action taken to bring it back. I've been personally affected by this change for over a month, and it's frustrating that the issue remains unresolved. I hope the management takes the feedback seriously and addresses this concern promptly to ensure the gym continues to meet its members' needs. ( All sorted thanks )

Fantastic experience: I selfishly say - do not join this gym as it's a hidden gem Hidden between the big body building gyms and franchises in the factories of Clyde North, the atmosphere is amazing. I had stopped working out due to a growing toxic culture in fitness, but gave this gym a go. All staff welcome you by name each day. Other members are happy to help you, spot you, and encourage you. The classes are at great times so if you work you can actually get to them and get to work on time. Lots of equiptments, both free weights and machines. All round a great place

Fantastic experience: One of the most spacious gyms around this area. I love the way staff and trainers welcome you when you enter the gym. I havent faced any issues with cleanliness and the gym is loaded with wipe stations all around for people to use. Group fitness classes are the best with wide range of sessions. I certainly see this gym as the best in this area for both men and women.

Negative experience: Two ladies at the reception were pleasant and the gym looks new but that's all there is to it.I do not mean to be rude here, but hygienically it was so terrible. people do not bother to clean after themselves at all ...nor there were any wipes found anywhere ... few machines were filled with sweat and smelling so bad with some hair oil (not even putting towel over could cover that smell). I can't believe there were more than one arguments were going on over machines during my very trial session..And the weights area was overly jam packed with machines next to each other. It's worth putting a sign saying"nobody own any machine in advance or use some common sense when sharing the gym" because My biggest frustration was, next to the only leg extensioner in the gym one's belonging were kept for himself while he finishes playing with dumbells , but when asked after a while respectfully if he is finished, I were to face his attitude! such a bad experience I literally walk out! never to come back!
