Fantastic experience: Great gym just joined and loving it, good equipment too

Negative experience: I have evidenced some issues related to customer service. Specifically, the manager Melissa has not been helpful in providing clear answers or following up on emails in a timely manner. This creates frustration and makes it difficult to address inquiries or resolve issues effectively. She always has an excuse to tell you and that's annoying. Additionally, while I appreciate the variety of machines available, some of them are not functioning properly, which affects the training experience. Furthermore, the limited space in the gym and the difficulty in finding parking are aspects that I believe are important. To sum up, if you're looking for a gym, a recomend you to keep browsing.

Negative experience: Unacommidating, uncaring, unkind

Negative experience: Manager never responds anything, imposible communication.

Negative experience: Calf raise machine has been "out of order” for around 3 weeks now. Lower floor fans are unable to be turned on, some days they are on, other days they are off. Gym and team are great but maintenance is terrible. Asked a worker and they said “its not us, its matrix” - the brand of the equipment. Well find an alternative solution?

Negative experience: Definitely don’t recommend. The gym is really small. Smells bad. The toilets are always dirty. Good luck finding parking spots. The manager almost never is there and when she is she will be talking louder just with muscles men. She takes ages to answer emails and don’t react well with complaints. Was just a bad experience for me.

Fantastic experience: Joined this gym with my sister today and was so impressed! Was so welcomed by the manager, Melissa, who was supporting clients all around the gym out of staffed hours and was also shown how to use a new machine by Mackenzie (who was simply enjoying her own workout). These staff go above and beyond and are so approachable for a first time gym goer. The facility is so fresh and new, with an abundance of brand new equipment to support any exercise choice and level. Have never enjoyed, or felt so safe, in a gym space.

Fantastic experience: I joined the gym today with my sister, it was very daunting to start a new journey and I was very anxious but the manager Mel made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond to help in any way she could while also assisting other people. We even had an employee Mackenzie who was there during her off time doing her own work out help us when she noticed we needed some guidance. I love this gym and have never felt more comfortable, the employees are just amazing! I would recommend this gym to anybody who is feeling uncomfortable starting their journey like I was.

Negative experience: #Manager is problematic, argumentative and busy flirting with muscle men. She also takes 3-4 hour long breaks and she obtained a job where she can earn money for doing nothing other than being lazy. She manipulated her friends to write fake reviews for the gym and she bombarded me with obsessive emails back and forth just for writing an honest review. She’s a total creep. Aside from that, really small gym that cost $17 a week, no value for money. There is no parking reserved for the gym, public parking here is a nightmare. The gym manager is really strange. She insists on leaving the blinds up in summer (so you literally workout with the sun burning you) meanwhile the fans that do work do not oscillate so when they turn the AC off after hours, it’s a small hot box gym. There’s only three cubicles that are dirty and have no privacy , one is a change room so only two have showers/toilet. The equipment layout is weird too the manager decided to “change it around” for fun and made it worse. Speaking of her, she’s really unapproachable and unprofessional. She takes a long time to reply to emails and will even delay your cancellation because she doesn’t even respond. She’s always “out of the gym” on long appointments , sometimes for up to three hours. And it looks like her main goal is to spend time on her mobile phone, texting, making personal calls, being problematic, bringing her personal life into the gym. this gym is so small and crampy and dusty, you are forced to be in a close proximity to her and witness all of this behaviour. The best thing to do is to cancel here and join a gym with better value for money, other gyms offer so much more for less cost and you don’t have to put up with her weird behaviour. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, clean and everything new, I love the new distribution of the machines, it makes training much easier, the gym seems bigger. Congratulations to the managers.

Positive experience: Would give 4 stars except the gym is usually very hot because the female staff insist on chocking the doors in the open position even on days when it’s 35 degrees plus outside. Must be costing the owners a fortune in electricity For the A/C to constantly be under full load trying to cool atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: Been a member for about 3+ years. Snap Brickworks is a really easy going, clean, and well-equipped gym (recently refurbished) in a convenient location. Managed well by the lovely Shayna, this gym is just a nice place to work out. No issues whatsoever. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I was greeted with a smile as soon as I walked in the door , the manager was amazing and didn’t give me the hard sell, and all the members seem to be welcoming so far. I’m super comfortable and happy with Snap Southport thanks for making the process so easy. If your looking for a non intimidating club with friendly staff then this is the club for you

Negative experience: This gym isn’t clean the dust on the fans makes stink of dust as I suffer from asthma it’s a hazard to come here. The machines have dust ….. do the workers actually clean anything at all. No one sanitises here too. COVID STILL HAPPENS!!!!

Fantastic experience: Great facility, great staff!

Negative experience: If you sign up here and want to put your membership on hold, be mindful that they won't notify you of any fees involved. If they say they will get in touch with you once your hold term is finished, don't take their word for it either. They will keep direct debiting the full weekly amount without contact / notifying you and won't refund that either. Every other gym I have dealt with in these situations have been far more transparent about their terms and my experience with this was disappointing.

Negative experience: Regular member of Snap Fitness, Southport for over 5 years. Witnessed the management change 3 times. Now it has turned into a PT studio, at any given moment there are 2 PTs and apparently, all of them specialise in supersets or giant sets. They hog up minimum of 2 machines, doesn't matter if it is early morning or late evening. Absolutely no consideration for other members. I have previously used Snap Parkwood and Miami. The PTs there are very considerate about the timing and usage. Nowadays I only visit Snap Southport for cardio sessions that too when I am really busy as it is very close to my workplace. I prefer Snap Parkwood, which is bigger and doesn't treat itself like a PT studio.

Fantastic experience: Hands down the most friendly gym I've been to! All the Personal Trainers are extremely helpful and knowledgeable, members are also super nice and friendly to one another. Good vibes all round.

Fantastic experience: My first gym ever and still my favourite after 5 years ! The staff are so friendly, great vibe + family atmosphere, good functionality area with lots of barbells

Negative experience: My contract with them ended on 20/02/2020 and they are still charging me. When I asked them why they are still charging me snap Southport said that I have to tell them even when my contract ends to stop taking money. Shameful gym.

Fantastic experience: Best Place to be .. Extremely clean. Great equipment. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICES. THE PT'S ARE SUPER PASSIONATE.. GREAT VIBES.. PEOPLE ARE SO SUPER FRIENDLY. FEELS LIKE A ONE BIG FAM... Where do I start, this gym is what I think about when I think of the retreat perfect gym. The location IS excellent AND easy parking spots. Awesome energy and knowledge that you get from the trainers KIM, PAACHI and ALEX here, they are eager to help and will to take time with you. Also they understand what you are striving for and they WILL get you there and further, while having fun✌. The classes are intense for every level athlete, and you will love the diverse workout combinations. I am definitely making it my perfect gym retreat, hope to see you there! l tried it on monday the 17th september 2018.. Now l go to the gym more often than l did before to SFSP

Fantastic experience: Such a fun and welcoming atmosphere to train in. Has all the equipment you need and plenty of room for functional and movement activities. The staff here are so welcoming, friendly, and helpful too which makes me super comfortable every day I go!

Negative experience: Disappointed, not as much equipment as other facilities. Place was clean, staff friendly. That being said I didn't use the gym, and headed to snap in Miami which I much prefered.
